We are nice, but we still have policies:
*A forty dollar non-refundable deposit is required for certain appointments, or if you have a no-show appointment or same day cancelation in the past.
(Our non-refundable deposit policy is in place because, when you book an appointment, we set time aside in our day specifically to meet you. If you no-show or cancel within 24 hours, it hurts our small business financially, and prevents other clients from being able to come in during that time. The $40 dollar deposit helps us cover a portion of our operational cost for the time you reserved.)
* If we can’t get any pictures of your baby’s face, don’t worry! We will bring you back and try again for free. However, this is only if we can’t see the face, not if the image isn’t clear. (Keep reading.)
* We have NO control over how clear your images are (we wish we did). The clarity totally depends on the amniotic fluid surrounding the baby. If you want to try and improve the quality of your images, spending a few days power hydrating can help. We offer a $40 clarity session if you’d like to try again.
