Anguilla is formed by 5 islands located in the Caribbean Sea and belonging to the Lesser Antilles. The islands design a stretched and long shape that recalls the fish called "anguila" in Spanish.

Its territory is quite leveled and arid, it is covered by bushes, forests and brackish pools. It is nonetheless famous for the importance of its amazing coral reefs but also thanks to its white sandy beaches, wonderful crystal-clear sea and its coral islets off its coasts. Some of Anguilla's best beaches include Rendezvous Bay, a long white sandy stretch kissed by emerald sea; Shoal Bay East, a little bay boasting calm sea where colorful fishes, maritime trees and turtles live; and finally, Meads Bay, offering the best place fro admiring  the fabulous sunset.

This island boasts a particular micro-climate; rainfalls are poor also during the summer providing dry atmosphere, while trade winds are constant and mitigate the weather conditions.
