Gram-negative organisms are implicated in serious infectious diseases of reptile species, which play an important role as causes of disease and death in captive snakes. Enrofloxacin represents a good alternative to treat these bacterial infections. In previous studies, significant pharmacokinetic differences with clinical implications have been observed in the only two species of snakes studied. The pharmacokinetic behavior of enrofloxacin was assessed in six South American rattlesnakes (Crotalus durissus terrificus), following intramuscular injections of 10mg/kg. High-performance liquid chromatography was used to measure the plasma concentrations of enrofloxacin and its active metabolite, ciprofloxacin. In rattlesnakes, enrofloxacin presented a slow absorption (Tmax=7.61±3.92h) with peak plasma concentration of 5.49±2.42µg/mL and a long elimination half-life (T 1/2λ =20.20±4.40h). Kondisi tidak menentu yang dialami anak dengan Acute Limpoblastik Leukemia (ALL) setelah kemoterapi sering membuat orang tua cemas, bahkan sampai panik saat kondisi anak semakin menurun akibat efek obat kemoterapi. Kecemasan orangtua yang berlebihan, akan membuat anak ikut cemas. Peran perawat dalam mengendalikan kondisi psikologis orangtua, supaya anak tidak ikut cemas sangat diperlukan. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dukungan sosial yang diberikan oleh perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara dukungan perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan orang tua pasien Acute Limpoblastik Leukimia di Ruang Anak RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Los atributos de calidad son instrumentos de medición que garantizan la calidad de los productos generando oportunidades de mercado. Sin embargo, varias actividades en el manejo, cosecha y poscosecha son realizadas de manera empírica afectando la calidad de la fruta y el sustento económico de pequeños y medianos productores. En esta investigación se evaluaron los siguientes parámetros: calibre y peso de frutos, estado de madurez, rendimiento de la pulpa, sólidos totales solubles, pH, acidez titulable e índice de madurez. Los frutos cosechados dentro de la clasificación como calibre pequeño y pesos (≤6g según la norma NTE-INEN 2427) representaron el mayor porcentaje (77,19 al 94,44%) en las zonas de estudio; el mayor rendimiento de pulpa (71,48%) se obtuvo en la zona de Guantug Cruz, con frutos que se concentran en estado de madurez en la categoría de 5 a 6, pH de 2,66 a 2,79, sólidos totales solubles de 6,5 a 7,6 °Brix, acidez titulable de 2,56 a 3,02% y con índices de madurez de 2,43 a 2,97. Los atributos acidez titulable, sólidos totales solubles y el índice de madurez no cumplen con el marco normativo estándar del Ecuador, esto es una limitante para la conservación de la fruta y alargar la vida útil sin procesamiento.
