Grease a 12-cup jumbo muffin tin. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl. Stir in Cheddar. Add yogurt, eggs, and melted butter; stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into the prepared muffin cups.
