Fans Are Freaking Out Over John Travolta’s Full Head of Hair at This “Grease” Event

Folks have chills — and they're multiplying.

Last fall, John Travolta debuted a completely clean-shaven, bald head and has been loyal to the look ever since. For this reason, it came as a major surprise to fans when the 65-year-old actor stepped out with a full head of hair at "Meet 'N' Grease," a special sing-a-long screening event that took place in Florida to celebrate the 1978 film and its soundtrack.

Because Travolta has been bald for a hot minute now, no one expected the legendary actor to show up with hair — let alone hair that closely mimics the style his character, Danny Zuko, wore in the movie. Travolta shared several snapshots from the weekend-long event on Instagram in which he and his former co-star, Olivia Newton-John, are dressed up as their respective characters, and there's no denying how realistic his hair looks. Fans instantly took notice, leaving comments like, "Where did you borrow the hair from?" and "How did you grow hair 🤣."

While some fans poked fun at Travolta, the majority of folks were complimentary and expressed awe at how much he still looks like his character from the '70s. As for whether the hair is his own, that would be a hard no, as he was making TV appearances earlier this month with a shaven head. If we had to make an educated guess, Travolta more than likely got a quality wig for the momentous occasion, as it would've been impossible to truly look like Danny Z. without his signature flow. Lace-front wigs for men are amazing as they're completely undetectable, so chances are, that's what Travolta went for here.
