After 4 different attempts, Mastertoner was unable to provide a correct size, and undamaged, HP 2300d (non OEM) printer Toner Cartridge. We lost a great deal of time in the waiting process.
The cartridges seemed to be a variety of brands per the boxes.
First cartridge was in torn plastic bag, opened wet cardboard box, with loose pieces that rattled within the cartridge.
Second cartridge had detached plastic shield over roller platen.
Third cartridge was too wide and couldn't even fit into our printer.
Last cartridge again was defective...the shield protecting the glass roller platen was unattached at one end.
They tried, and they did always respond to our emails which we appreciated.
But they could not provide us with product they post on Amazon.com.
They say they will give us a Refund.

The packaging was prompt and well-protected, with an accompanying instruction manual for clear and concise printing. Time will prove its durability.
