Store Jersey Royal potatoes as you would normal potatoes. Keep in a cool dark place, away from onions, and eat as soon as possible for maximum flavour.

Preparation

Jersey Royal potatoes do not need to be peeled. The skins are tender and thin and much of the flavour (and nutrients) lie just under the skin. Just give them a good scrub, then boil or steam for about 15 minutes, or until just cooked.
