website states it has a backlit keyboard, and it does not. it feels and looks very cheap. returning immediately

My laptop
It meets all my needs. I do accounting, so I love the keypad. Easy to access all the settings I need. And it's NOT too heavy as I have to travel for work.

Specifications Listed Not Accurate
The item I received did not match the specifications listed on Best Buy. It had Windows Home edition instead of Windows Pro edition. No keyboard backlight. No fingerprint reader. This was supposed to be the upgraded model of this laptop, but it did not have any of the extra features it was supposed to have.
