Best shoulder bag I've ever owned
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a professional photographer I've been through hundreds of camera bags, backpacks, slings, cases, etc. If you looking for a secure way to transport, store and access your camera gear while traveling, hiking or even attending your child's recital, you'd be hard pressed to find anything better. The sling design is key in that it allows you to quickly and safely access your camera and lenses without having to remove it. The brilliance of this design hit me when I was snowmobiling. My D700 with 24-70 was securely in front of me but accessible in seconds when I needed to take a photo. The top compartment is spacious and can hold anything from your lunch and a small water bottle or camera accessories, maps, etc. At the bottom of the pack is an integrated rain cover in the event of heavy downpours. Just the right number of pockets so that you can organize without forgetting where things are. This is my go to bag hiking/landscape photography and with a recent switch to interchangeable mirrorless I can carry cover 24mm to 300mm of professional, macro lens, flash, filters, tripod, a few super fast primes and an extra body without even feeling it.

Overall a great bag for a single-body outing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted something larger than a bag that would only allow me one lens but not something so large it was a burden. I've had a Lowepro AW backpack for years and wanted something similar but with quicker access. This bag seems to fit the bill. I'm able to carry a single DSLR body along with my 70-200-/2.8, 35/2, 18-75, and even my 11-16/2.8. I also carry a small WB reflector, remote shutter release, batteries, memory cards, misc other stuff. Heck, I even cram the SB-400 flash in there. The only thing I wish I could do is keep the 70-200 on the body since that's my main lens. I didn't find any bags that would do that w/o being too big. The next size up was larger than I wanted to go. I'm satisfied with the purchase and trust Lowepro products.

Great camera bag for short trips
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this bag for approximately a year and it has become the main carrying case for my camera. I can easily fit my DSLR (Nikon D610) body with two larger lenses and a small 50 mm lens. I usually keep one lens on and place in the middle section. It is pretty easy to quickly slide the strap around your neck and access the camera without removing the bag from your shoulder. I have only had a few issues with the design of the bag. First, the main shoulder strap has a secondary strap that if used would prevent you from shifting the bag for access. I don't use that second strap and had to tie it around other features of the bag so it is not dangling. Second, if you are wearing a heavy winter coat the bag becomes somewhat useless for the purpose I bought it. It is difficult to quickly slide around to access the camera with a hood and extra layers on. Finally, it doesn't have a ton of extra room so taking it as my carry on item for flying doesn't allow for many extra items. Last time I ended up packing it inside of a larger backpack so I was able to go hiking on my trip. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Holds a lot of gear safely
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well constructed padded camera gear bag with courier bag strap that allows for rapid access to a full size DSLR while carrying the bag without danger of spilling other bag contents like additional lenses. Several compartments and pockets add versatility. The main compartment features user configurable padded dividers. The carrying strap is also padded for part of its length and a smaller supplemental strap provides a waist band addition if desired. I carry an EOS 70D, three lenses, a flash unit, two battery chargers, three batteries, a flash extension cord, filters, cables and some other stuff with room to spare. It can get quite heavy and the only hiking I would do with it is through airports. The bag has attachment loops suitable for a small, lightweight tripod but anything moderately adequate for my gear needs its own bag and strap.

excellent bag fits a lot of stuff
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was concered about the size and comfort of the bag. It is versatile. You can carry as a back pack by hand or over the shoulder as a sling. All 3 ways works great. there is plenty of room for a t4i with battery grip, 4 large lenses, ear blower, 430exii flash, cables, memory cards, remotes, battery charger, filters, battery charger for nimc batteries, extra towel, everything you would need and carry a small tripod on the outside of te bag. It is everything you will need and then some. I feel the bag is safe and keeps all the stuff inside organized and once again safe from drops and bangs.. get it you won't regret it. Cost is a bit high but really a value when you realize everything the bag is used for

Great camera bag
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great fit and feel (used for a week straight in Disney World, FL), easily swings around on your side for easy access to camera while bag is still securely fastened to self (don't have to worry about it growing legs amidst hoards of people at an amusement park) , able to use bag as an armrest while taking pictures. Plenty of room for camera, lenses, and other accessories (DSLR with 18-55mm lens, 55-300mm lens, filters, hoods, and much more). Rain cover deploys easily in inclement weather, and stows neatly tucked away when not in use.

Awesome camera bag for amateur photographers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for my canon eos dslr with 4 lenses. Camera and lenses fit great and I have 2 additional storage regions for a flash and my camcorder. It works perfectly for upto 6 lenses, with 1 attached to the camera (except if I get a large lens like the 70-200 f2.8). It also has a sizeable compartment for additional stuff. I used the second compartment to store charging cables and personal items. The size is perfect for travel - just got back from my vacation. One thing I loved about it was the rain cover which covers the bag from the front. Found this quite useful in my recent trip when there was intermittent rain.

Perfect for both foot and bike
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking to upgrade a stock bag that came with my dslr and wanted something which was i) comfortable and did not make my neck ache, ii) suitable for both walking, biking and shooting, iii) provided good accessibility. The slingshot does all of this and at the same time is compact, yet large enough for a 18-200mm lens and an additional lens as well as other bits and pieces. It also has clips to hold a monopod on the outside which I'm looking forward to as well as a hidden outer cover in case of rain. Simply perfect for my current needs.
