The wines of Château Roumieu Haut-Placey are in the tradition of Sauternes wines that can be enjoyed at a young age in order to appreciate the great variety of fruit aromas or to let them evolve over the years (more than 10 years). They reveal aromas of dried fruits, flowers (acacia or lime), honey and roasted grains. An elegant and expressive wine which seduces by its suppleness and its fatness: the result of a perfect balance.
Serving temperature : 12° to 14°.
