Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine
The family estate was created in 1879 by Pierre Arbinet. Over the years, the plot of land has grown to cover an area of 20 hectares today.
The family estate is now under the management of Christine Dubreuil, who, by succeeding her father Bernard, elegantly represents the 5th generation.
In the 1980s, following the acquisition of the Rameau-Lamarosse house, a new winery was built, as well as a three-level cellar.
The cultivation methods used for the different plots of land aim to respect the environment and to be faithful to the climates. Christine tries to respect the natural balance of the vines as much as possible. The grapes are harvested by hand, in order to pick the grapes when they are fully mature. An additional sorting is done at the Domaine.
Located in the Côte de Beaune, the Domaine produces a range of 22 appellations: from fresh Burgundy to gourmet village, from prestigious Premier Cru to rare Grand Cru. Its vineyards extend over the communes of Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Pommard, Beaune and Volnay.
