As S. forskali:
8-10 mm. —» Usually a wonderful jade or turquoise green color, sometimes red. Fine tightly spaced riblets cut comarginally by micro incised lines. Beak very far to anterior. Interior with a very small shelf, a septum, connecting the dorsal and ventral margins where they join at the pointed anterior of the shell. Tiny teeth all along the dorsal margin. (8.5 mm) Distribution: Uncommon, northern Gulf of Aqaba, Hurghada. Rare in the Gulf of Suez and south of Hurghada.
