The only thing better than pimiento cheese dip? Melted pimiento cheese dip, laced with chopped pickles for a little zip.

ounces grated sharp cheddar

cup chopped dill pickles

¼

cup mayonnaise

tablespoons chopped pimientos

Kosher salt

Hot sauce

slices country-style bread, toasted

Preparation

  1. Preheat broiler. Combine cheddar, pickles, mayonnaise, and pimientos in a medium bowl; season with salt and hot sauce. Spread on bread and broil until melted, about 4 minutes.
