Olive oil (for serving)

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Fresh herbs (such as basil, chives, chervil, and/or parsley; for serving)

Preparation

  1. Arrange tomato slices on a platter. Dress with oil, season with salt and pepper, then top with herbs.
