Undergraduate Programs Office

Before starting her new role as Student Experience Specialist and Academic Advisor at the University of Connecticut Business School, Inga was based at UConn’s Experiential Global Learning office. Her main responsibilities were the coordination of the state-to-state exchange between Connecticut and the German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg and advising students on abroad opportunities. Prior to her jump across the Atlantic, Inga worked as a Program Officer for the German-American Fulbright Commission in Berlin, Germany, the country where she was born and raised, for over a decade. She was responsible for planning and implementing educational exchange programs for German and American teachers and university administrators. Inga completed a master’s degree in American Studies and Cultural Studies at Leipzig University and is currently working towards a PhD in American Studies at UConn. She is excited to continue working with students in both an advising and mentoring capacity.
In her spare time, Inga practices martial arts and enjoys exploring beautiful New England with her husband and their four furry companions.
