Great bouquet almost immediately from PNP. Nice amount of complexity on the palate. Squarely in it's drinking window. Not a 'wow' wine but nonetheless a really enjoyable red burg that elevated the simple grilled pork chops this was paired with. Very nice.

From half bt. Single piece cork, excellent fill level No sieving necessary. Decanting recommended. Maturity: just ending secondary development
V: garnet with brownish meniscus N: serious stink, which blows off within 30 minutes. earthy notes, some black tea, some animal notes, some smoke. P: excellent length and density. Really satisfying nuits typicity. This still has upside, or is on a very gentle slope. Decade or more remaining, depending on preferences.

Bottle 2/2 consumed. Star bottle of a 10 bottle tasting. Bright, lively, lots of fruit and life left in it. No rush if you are lucky enough to have this in your cellar

Earthy and dense, well integrated structure, tannins are ripe with lovely sucrosité on the palate. Good, but a bit a Cab.Sauviognesque Burgundy…
