(Long-Depaquit Chablis La Moutonne) Very faint brioche and a linear note of worthy depth. MOre savoury but very intense. The width quickly fades after a short mid-palate burst, but lingers very well.

Bright gold.
Quite ripe feel, and perfectly resolved; this is in a great place right now with a real GC feel. Great balanced acidity and citrusy briny notes.

A better showing for this wine.
Only very moderate signs of aging and no undue oxidation.
Great freshness and texture. Beautiful Chablis character with excellent intensity.

Similar experience to last bottle.
Still good Chablis character, but time to drink up before it develops more of an oxidative character.

7th bottle out of the case.
This wine showed some signs of oxidation but not enough to destroy the wine. Deep glden hue but no obvious signs of deterioration.
Still great claasic Chablis aromatics but perhaps lacking a little in acidity and freshnesh. Some bottle variation, so the closure remains the suspect.

This bottle showed very well.
Stylistically, this wine is halfway between Auxerre and the cotes de Beaune. The salinnity/minerality is not very pronounced but the wine is harmonious and the texture is quite rich. it could, perhaps, have used a little more acidity but a great wine with grilled salmon.
