In the first semi-final game, Tosin Atolagbe and Fatima Azeez over Jennifer Fry and Sandra Le Grange of South Africa 21-15, 16-21, 21-18 .
In the second match, Nigeria’s Dorcas Adesokan and Braimoh Maria defeated the pair of Jana Ciznarova and Martina Repiska of Slovakia 21-9, 15-21, 21-16 to ensure a clean sweep for the country.
In the men’s doubles, Nigeria’s Jimkam Bulus and Ola Fagbemi beat Giovanni Greco and Rosario Maddaloni of Italy 21-17, 21-15 to book a place in the final.
In the other semi-final game, the pair of Andries Malan and Willem Viljoen of South Africa defeated Jan Frohlich of Czech republic and Matej Hlinican of Slovakia 21-17, 11-21, 21-15 to set up a final clash with Nigeria.
In the men’s singles, Israel’s Misha Zilberman beat Rosario Maddaloni 21-17; 21-14 to qualify for the semi-finals of the men’s singles.
Ziberman will meet Slovakia’s Jarolim Vicen who defeated Femi Bioku of Nigeria 21-10, 21-10.
Jan Frohlich from Czech Republic defeated Goivani Greco of Italy 21-17, 21-14 will play Luka Wraber from Austria who stunned Howard Shu of America with a 19-21, 21-12 and 21-19 victory.
