Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is released next week, with parts of the Hollywood blockbuster filmed at Bamburgh Castle.

However, it's not the only time the Northumberland fortress has been a filming location, as fans of Netflix's The Last Kingdom will be well aware of. Since 2018, Bamburgh Castle has doubled up as a film location for the Fortress of Bebbanburg and the home of Uhtred.

And in February this year, the castle launched Last Kingdom Tours, led by Ragnar the Viking, and an exhibition of costumes and props from the sword-wielding saga. Here are some of the best shots of the exhibition, which is on at the castle now.
