Pelynt Church tower

The 62ft (20m) tower of St Nun church in Pelynt dates back to the early 15th century. It is finished with battlements and pinnacles with 3 stages supported by diagonal buttresses. It is home to 6 bells.

The AD MM on the clock signifies the year 2000

The church name is derived from Pelynt, which was once spelled 'Plunet' meaning 'Parish of St Nun'
