Middletown ‘Scream Room’ Meeting

Members of the Middletown board of education try to keep order in a sometimes unruly meeting at Farm Hill Elementary School. The PTA and board of education held a meeting to discuss timeout or quiet rooms - sometimes known as scream rooms.
