He ultimately pleaded guilty to the charges in 2010 and was later sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $100,000. In 2011, he was sentenced to ten days in jail and fined $100,000. In 2019, he was arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for public intoxication and later in North Carolina for DWI

Hardy was going through a 'rough night,' the Post reported.

Hardy's brother Matt, an All Elite Wrestling performer, gave an update on Twitch, according to Wrestling News.co.

'I did speak to Jeff for a little bit today and he's OK, he's good,' Matt Hardy said. 'I think he'll be fine but once again, this isn't my business and if he wants to go into it in more detail then he'll do it himself.

'I love my brother and I just want my brother to be okay and healthy.'

Hardy's wife Beth also updated his status on Twitter: 'Jeff is good.'

A WWE spokesman did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com's request for comment.

Hardy has faced legal issues for years, starting in 2009 when he was arrested on charges of trafficking prescription pills while he was allegedly in possession of anabolic steroids.
