Charlie oversees all financial related activities including investor relations and capital transactions for DJM Capital Partners and its affiliated entities.

Over the course of his 30-year career he has held leadership positions with early stage ventures, completed several successful exits, and co-founded two property management companies. Immediately prior to DJM Charlie provided interim and fractional CFO services to privately held companies through Kinsale Capital Partners. In previous roles as CFO Charlie directed financial operations at investment firms responsible for 34,000 apartment units, 3.5 million square feet of office space, and 800 employees operating across 18 states. Earlier in his career he served a wide range of real estate clients as a balance sheet lender and investment banker.

Charlie earned a B.A. in Political Science from Providence College, where he graduated cum laude.

Charlie, based in the San Jose office, is the father of three kids and a resident of San Francisco. He’s a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan and continues to play recreational ice hockey.
