'Do you keep comparing yourself to what you were before?': Sameera Reddy shares then and now photo, thanks her body

Actress and influencer Sameera Reddy is one of the few Bollywood celebs who speak about body positivity. Sameera is a doting mother of two kids - son Hans and daughter Nyra. She often speaks about embracing your body and loving yourself. In a recent social media post, Sameera talked about not comparing yourself to what you were before and moving forward with positivity.

Sameera took to her Instagram on Friday and shared a collage of two photos. While one photo is a throwback from her acting days where can be seen dressed glamorously in a golden saree, the other photo is a current photo of hers.

While sharing the pictures, she wrote, “Do you keep comparing yourself to what you were before? The healthiest thing you can do for your body and soul is to redefine and not get stuck on what used to be .The world will still judge but you don’t need to fall prey to that . Move forward . Reacting to the post, Saba Pataudi commented, “Nailed it,” followed with a raised hands emoji and heart emoji. Fans Laos showered Sameera with love and praises. “There’s nothing more beautiful than a confident woman,” wrote a user while another commented, “Thank youuu .....so much !!!! God bless you for spreading such positivity.”

A third user wrote, "This post of yours cleared so many doubts, Thankyou so so much, grateful,” while a fourth one commented, “Soo inspiring! Definitely needed that.”

The 42-year-old often shares her journey and struggles as a mother on social media. She made her Bollywood debut in 2002 with 'Maine Dil Tujhko Diya’ opposite Sohail Khan and Sanjay Dutt. She was last seen on screen in the Kannada film ‘Varadhanayaka’ in 2013.

She tied the knot with entrepreneur Akshai Varde in 2014 and the couple has two children.
