Here's some very important information for fans of the fast food frialated arts: Not every chain offers the same amount of french fry for your cheap eats buck. According to a survey by CNBC, a "large" is not defined the same way at every chain. Below, a breakdown of the fry value offered at Burger King, Wendy's, and McDonald's.

#1 Burger King

Those who want as many fries as possible should head to Burger King: A large fry at the restaurant contains 190 grams of deep-fried potatoes. At Wendy's, customers who order a large will receive 176 grams of fries, while those who order a large fry at McDonald's get only 168 grams of food.

#2 Wendy's

Price per gram (small fry): 1.47 cents

While Wendy's offers fewer fries than Burger King, it still offers significantly more fries than McDonald's. Wendy's offers 33g more fries in its small size than McDonald's.

This pattern of Burger King offering more than Wendy's which offers more than McDonald's persists for both the "small" and "medium" fry orders too. The difference is perhaps most shocking when it comes to small sizes: Burger King (128 grams) offers nearly twice as many grams of fries as McDonald's (75 grams).
