There are so many great recipes in this lineup that choosing what to serve or how much might be difficult. A good rule of thumb for brunch is to offer guests at least three to five items, such as one or two entrees (like quiche, egg casseroles, omelets, frittatas, pancakes, french toast or waffles), one or two side dishes (we love potatoes, oatmeal, bacon, fruit salad or fresh cut fruit and/or green salad), one or two bread options (think croissants, scones, muffins, sweet breads, bagels and toast). Choosing dishes that can be prepared ahead of time will make entertaining easier.
