Chile-Garlic Dressing

This simple chile-garlic salad dressing has garlic-forward flavor with mild heat from crushed red pepper. Pair it with any greens, from spicy arugula to mild butterhead lettuce.

Ingredients

  • cup rice vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

  • ½ cup canola oil or avocado oil

Directions

  1. Whisk vinegar, garlic, honey, salt and crushed red pepper together in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
