Probably the oddest interaction I've ever had with an eBay seller (and I've dealt with a lot of them). It's like they're trying to get bad feedback. Everything about the sale was bad including the condition of the cactus, itself (which could have happened during shipping because the box was squashed, but after the passive aggressive customer service I received, I'm not convinced they didn't purposely damage it). Idk if all the positive feedback is fake, or if they just recently became terrible?
