Sempron single core to Athlon 64 x2. Internet working ok in 2020. Windows 10 or Linux.
Athlon 64 x 2. Compaq Presario sr2010nx from year 2006 XP or Vista era. Replaced original single core Sempron 1.8. Linux MINT LXQT 32 bit runs very reasonable at Two times speed in 2020 and all updates. Two GB RAM is ok. Three or four GB runs much better. Linux and Grub requires NOAPIC because the old motherboard. Internet works fine, including videos. Original spinning hard drive. SSD would run even better.Athlon 64 x 2.
