Tried to contact seller with no success. The cactus segments arrived late, smashed flat, brown and very dead. The shipping package was not suitable for sending plants in. I was very disappointed when I received the envelope late and figured according to the packaging they would be dead. I would like a refund because I don't believe sending anymore would arrive here alive.

I was not contacted. The listing requests buyer to only purchase if their forecast is 50 or above to avoid weather damaged cuttings. If they were brown, these were weather damaged. They were shipped with thick cardboard and open space surrounding them so they should not have been damaged due to packaging.
