I purchased this projector as teaching tool to use in our jail ministry. It has 2000 lumens of brightness which is more than enough to project in a very bright auditorium.It is loaded with many usefull features and has a short throw lense( the projector can be set up a a very short distance to the screen). If you don't have a screen..It has a function that will make your wall serve as it's screen. This projector fits into a small carry-on case with enough room for my laptop, cables, and assessories. I have always purchased NEC projectors for church use because of their dependability. The only down-side to this projector is it's small built in speakers. But this is easily corrected by running powered speakers out of my laptop.
All it needed was a good lamp and everything works fine. I had a new lamp and a broken projector, so I figured I could use it for parts if needed. Was very pleased that if fired right up with just installing a new lamp. Very happy customer!
