    Biology by Raven

    I bought this book because it was required for my general biology I class. Although my professor said that we should be using the latest edition, but said that this edition is fine to. Honestly, the old edition is pretty much THE SAME!!! Practice questions may be different, but the readings aren't all that different. The book is easy to follow and the pictures are very helpful. I am a pre-med student, and so far, I am learning my basics pretty well :)

    Biology Book

    I got a great deal on this book. I payed less than half of what I would have at the book store. Granted it is paperback, and the pictures have no color, I dont care because I am not a biology major! So it was perfect for me. The only thing I did not like is that fact that it is huge!Since it is in paper and not that fancy stuff that expensive books use, but I got over that.

    Good Price for Used Book

    I decided to purchase this book, because it was an internationally printed paperback version that I knew would cost less than the one I had already purchased at my local college bookstore. I knew it would be used and there were very few hilight/markings inside and no water damage to the book. For the price it was a very good deal.

    Hello people!

    This feature is intended for you to rate the book, not the sellers!!! This book provides much more detail than you'll likely need, especially for an introductory, college-level bio class. While overly verbose, still high quality with top-notch illustrations, etc.

    The exact book I needed for my class

    I like that its the right book i needed, great price, it was a hardcover but make sure that it is a hardcover before purchasing bc my friend purchased one and it turned out to be softcover, her own fault but just be sure.
