The restaurant, now active for over 50 years, is an example of how the area, in addition to serving the surrounding users, manages to attract an audience coming mainly from northern Europe and the rest of the world. Genzano di Roma is located 400 meters above sea level. a town surrounded by lakes and hills where already in pre-Roman times the settlements found refuge and refreshment given the prosperous territory. The sea is 20 km away while Rome is 35 km away.
