I usually ship most seed orders within 1 business day of payment. Some plants may take longer. Please refer to each individual listing for processing times.

Some products are available in bulk quantities. They are generally listed as such with the option to buy larger quantities, but if you don't see that, feel free to ask. It's possible I have enough to do one wholesale sale but not enough to list them as a regular bulk item.

Contact me with as much information as you can about how the item was planted. Most important are temperatures and dampness. The most common cause of failure for seeds to germinate is they were too cold or the soil was either too wet or was damp then got dried out as the seeds began to germinate.

If you contact me and let me know all you can about what happened, I can offer some advice and often will send some replacement seeds for you to try again.

I want to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition, which means using plenty of bubble wrap around seeds to keep them from being crushed by the post office's machines. I also ship with tracking on every package. By doing that it costs more not only for the postage itself (I'm not just putting a stamp on an envelope), but for the supplies to wrap the seeds. Note that the shipping fee is flat rate -- so each additional item is shipped free with the first.

Yes! I provide detailed planting and growing instructions on all my products. The seed packs have a color photo of a seedling id on the pack, as well, so you can identify them from random weeds coming up. I offer online planting and growing guides for live plants and bulbs.
