ㄴAll leaves will be packaged at least 6 hours after being separated from the parent plant to allow the callous process to begin (hardening of the site that was removed from the parent) to reduce the chances of rot.

ㄴNo alterations or filters have been applied to any of the photos displayed in our shop.

ㄴDepending on the season, and where each leaf was located on the parent plant, each cutting will appear different in color and shape. Cuttings located higher on the parent plant with more access to light may have more pronounced colors and features such as bumps and frills. This will not affect propagation in any way and with time the growing pup will resemble the parent plant.

Yes I do! I always include a set instructions detailing the method I normally use to propagate all of my leaf cuttings. To note, there are many many ways to propagate leaves and the method I include is just one of many. Upon request, I also provide other methods customers have shared with me that they have successfully used.

This is a rare occurrence, but in the event it should happen please open a case with USPS as soon as possible. USPS has GPS tracking for all their delivered packages and will be able to let you know where the package was delivered to. Sometimes USPS tracking could be incorrect so please do give it some time.

Should USPS show that it was delivered to another address or location in error I will send out a replacement for the order.
