STICKER SPECIFICATION
All our handmade stickers are printed onto exterior grade, waterproof vinyl using Geljet technology for UV resistant prints. What this means is that your sticker can be used outside in the harshest environment and stand the test of time. We do not print onto paper and we do not use normal Inkjet which quickly fades.

We are a small, family run business who focus on customer service. We originally started sourcing stickers as we'd had our own children and wanted stickers on their nursery walls. Payment is securely handled by Paypal. Both UK and International buyers can purchase items using Paypal with no hidden charges. You do not need a Paypal account, you can still purchase using your debit or credit cards via Paypal.

POSTAGE INFORMATION
For international postage please visit our website

Orders are shipped once payment has cleared, usually within 1 working day. Orders placed after 9am Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched at 8am Monday (except during public holidays).

Delivery times are typical:

UK - 1-5 working days (95% of orders within 2 days)

Europe EU - 5-7 working days (95% of orders with 5 days)

Rest of World - 10-21 working days (95% of orders within 14 days)

Occasionally items can suffer from delays due to circumstances out of control. If your item has not arrived within the above time frame, please contact us so we can try and track down your order.

If you require your item urgently, please pick an express delivery option.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for items sent abroad before considering it lost (This is to allow time for an item to be delivered overseas - it may have been held at customs or a local delivery office in the destination country and be waiting for collection or redelivery if no one was at home to accept the item when delivery was initially attempted). RETURNS INFORMATION

All products come with a 14 day money-back gaurantee. If you are not completely satisfied, for whatever reason, please contact us at for a replacement or 100% refund, including return postage costs - the choice is yours.

If you do want to return any products, simply email us with your order number and we will advise on how to return. You must contact us first before returning any product for a return authorisation number.
