~ Items must be shipped back to me with tracking within 7 days from delivery and tracking info must be provided.
~ Items must be sent back in it's ORIGINAL condition with all ORIGINAL packaging/accessories.
~ Once I have received the item and confirmed its condition to my satisfaction, I will issue a refund the same day for the item's value (excluding original shipping charges).
