The pieces should be rinsed just with water, avoiding detergents and chemical products. They are dishwasher-proof, but I recommend washing them by hand. They can be stored in the fridge and put in the microwave. The pieces that have details made with hemp rope or wood should be cleaned with a damp cloth in those areas.

You can ask for the gift wrapping service. The pieces will be wrapped in a white silk paper and tied with a hemp or jute rope. If you want to add a note, we will write it with a writing machine over an artisanal type of paper, made purely by hand.

All pieces are matte to avoid reflections, and a sealant makes them suitable for food contact. However, daily use is not recommended because that protection could be damaged by cutlery.

In other words, whereas you could safely keep your eggs in any of the baskets, dinnerware at Pottery Props is not conceived for your everyday meals.

Yet, for more regular use, you can choose between different glazed designs in a variety of colors and textures.

For them, I use different clays with a rustic finish, pretty different from those used in handmade crockery.

Returns of items are accepted. The amount of the refund will be the amount of the order minus shipping costs (and possible import charges). As they are included in the sale price, they must be deducted at the time of the refund. The customer also assumes the shipping costs of such a return.

The contact phone number is very important because all my shipments are express and with a tracking number. If an order is returned to its origin due to unreachable and the customer wants a new shipment, the client will have to assume the cost of the new shipment. If the customer wants a refund, the shipping costs (and possible import charges) will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
