Most of our miniatures require some assembly. We recommend leaving your miniatures sit in a sunny spot for an hour or two after receiving them, which will give them the most pleasant-feeling surface. However, you should avoid letting the resin get too hot, as it can soften or degrade with heat. Other than this initial sun bath, keep the miniatures out of direct sunlight as the material can over-cure, causing deformation. We do not recommend putting your miniature under running water or submerging it for extended periods. The single best thing you can do to protect and preserve your miniature is to give it a protective coat, such as a spray primer or a clear coat. We strongly recommend this to every customer.

We use AnyCubic Photon M5 printers with SUNLU ABS-Like photopolymer resin, which offers better flexibility and resistance to breakage than standard UV resins. Our prints are washed in isopropyl alcohol before they're even removed from the printer hardware, and they're post-cured in two stages: half after cleaning & drying, to solidify details, and the other half after removing supports. Splitting up the post-cure this way allows us to handle the prints without rubbing off details, but also reduces the chance of supports leaving marks behind. Prints are removed from the supports by hand and any cleanup is done via sanding.

There is a limit to the total mass that our 3D printers can handle at any one time. As a result, larger-sized prints are printed hollow, with an internal support lattice. Such prints require drainage holes to prevent liquid resin from being trapped in the cavities, which must be plugged after the supports are removed. These holes may be somewhat noticable in the final product. We take care to put them in inconspicuous places and disguise them as much as possible.

Use our Sizing Guides, included in the images of each listing, to make sure you know exactly what you're getting and how it'll work alongside other characters. The Sizing Guide shows everything from information about the character's base to how it's proportioned, and shows exactly how we measure models so you'll know how the scale you choose is applied to the character. Each characteristic on the Sizing Guide is further explained in the item descriptions, including our recommendations for choosing the best scale for that miniature.

Absolutely! If we sent you a print that was not the scale you ordered, we'll do a reprint to make it right, and send off the replacement package ASAP. Please send us a message via Etsy Messages with a picture of the miniature you received alongside a ruler, that demonstrates that the print is not the scale you ordered as per the sizing guide on its item page. If the miniature is the size you ordered, but that size doesn't fit with the rest of your collection like you expected it to, send us a message anyway and we'll see if we can help. We're not responsible for the way other sellers scale their models, but we do want you to end up happy with the products you receive from us.

Of course! (That's at least half the point.) However, the resin used in our printers is fomulated with a component that makes it release more easily from the printer itself. Because of this chemical component, the surface of the final product will also resist bonding with paint (and, for the record, with adhesives). For this reason, we highly suggest you start your paint job with a spray primer that's designed for plastics - that's the standard practice that the pros use anyway.

Our products are prepared and packaged in an office where an office cat also resides. We don't put him to work or anything, but he's very floofy and that floof tends to get places. Please be aware of this if you're especially allergic to felines.
