Each UnderCover Pet House is insulated with a Thermal-Ply insulation that not only keeps your pet warm in the winter, but also gives them a cool place to relax during the heat of the summer. It's perfect for the neighborhood feral that is adamant about staying outdoors, or for the indoor kitty who insists on hanging out near you while you're in the garden.

The extra deck acts as a generous porch roof that helps shield the doorway opening from dripping rain and melting snow. The upper deck is great if your cat just needs to get away or just enjoy bathing in the sun.

Each house is individually hand crafted with the high quality workmanship and materials you have come to expect from UnderCover including:

Our roofs are fully weatherproof with water resistant felt paper under the wood siding that is treated with a non toxic and chemical free environmentally friendly lifetime wood treatment, making them very durable and able to withstand any outdoor elements for many years. The roof does not need to be treated any further and will maintain a rustic weathered look, but if desired it can be painted or stained.

Your cedar pet house will be delivered unassembled. It takes about 20 minutes to assemble the house and deck, guided by the easy instructions enclosed.

Can I return the item if I ordered the wrong size?
Although we recommend checking the measurements of the house to ensure you purchase the right size, we will accept returns if the item has not been unpackaged. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and 35% fee for custom orders and must be received in original packaging in unused and undamaged condition.
Custom orders are houses that are heated or include an escape door.

What happens if my order is damaged?

We love this insulated, heated cat house for our little outdoor kitty who refuses to come inside. It was easy to put together, and we have peace of mind knowing that she will be warm and cozy this winter. TIP: The heating pad is mailed separately, so if you order a heated house, just remember to be patient and hold off putting the roof on until it arrives.

The quality is very good and I am happy with the purchase. I was initially worried it was too small for my big tom cat, but he loves it and seems to have plenty of room. It was easy to assemble but I agree with some of the other reviews who had trouble with the top of the roof not fitting well enough. I have not needed to turn the heating pad on yet, but I’m sure he’ll love that too. I do wish I had had information that the heating pad would ship separately from Amazon. Being in an area that experiences a lot of package theft that was an additional stressor.
