Set sail to the land of the Wild Things!

This costume is based on the wolf suit worn by the mischievous Max character in Maurice Sendak's classic picture book Where The Wild Things Are.

If you're feeling disobedient and are ready to start a wild rumpus, this is the outfit for YOU..

The suit comes complete with a fluffy wolf tail, and two pointy ears on the hood, which are filled with stuffing, and hand sewn to stand correctly. There is a zip right down the front for really easy changing, and the sleeves and ankles are elasticated and can be pulled up.

Please note that the original roll of Max fabric is all gone, so we no longer use the scraggly fabric shown in the first photo. Instead we make this suit out of the softest, snuggliest fabric known to humankind, cuddlesoft velboa, which is shown in all the other photos.

This is the simple version of Max, if you would like to add pockets, or costume-y black pipe cleaner whiskers as shown on the fourth photo, which stand upright, you can select those options when you add the onesie to your cart. We can also add black yarn whiskers instead of the upright ones, please specify if you would prefer that.

- Height
- Waist

- Bust & Hips (additional measurements for girls only)

If you don't know these measurements please include dress/ jeans size and height.

Each onesie is handmade-to-order so please allow up to one month for production. We can often accommodate rush orders so if you do need your item sooner please do let us know so we can be aware of your timescale.
