absolutely stunning green vintage sofa tailored by popular dubuque, iowa furniture-maker brand, Flexsteel Industries. mid-century modern angles + elements with a retro style. stand strong and sturdy, wonderfully comfortable, a great accent to any space.

size: approx 7' long, 30.5" from front to back, seat is 21" deep, 31" tall at back, 20.5" tall at front of armrest, feet are about 6.5" tall, seat height 16", seat width 6' 2"

great vintage condition with light wear -- see extra photos at link above for close-ups of wear. standard wear in the fabric and some wrinkles to front lining and cushions. has its fair share of squeaks and creaks. some slight pilling to the front bottom strip and other spots. subtle discoloration along the front. on the back rest, a line along the seat cushions shows fade in color. fading in other spots. one small stain and a repaired sewn hole on the back side. the middle leg doesn't seem to touch the floor and the other four legs have a tendency to loosen a bit after a while of use, but are easily tightened back into place. some looseness to the backside fabric. besides these few notes, this piece is in incredible condition. it is strong, sturdy and super comfortable for a vintage piece.
