The bag is the dimensions advertised, but is not lined, which makes it very easy to snag your contents on the rough tabs. This bag didn't retain it's shape as it appeared in the pictures. also the arm hole was more like a handle since I couldn't get my arm through it and I'm not a big lady. For such a high price I expected something less rustic and more high fashion like the excellent Escama bags. I won't be ordering again. Shipping was also very slow, but this did come from overseas and was likely made when ordered, not that I customized it in any way.
