Customized and tailor-made orders
All the sandals in my shop are made to order. In order to be precise on the size please do the following: on a piece of white paper, make a sketch of your foot. Measure from the heel to the big toe diagonally in centimeters and send me message with your size info. This way we will have the correct size.
Packaging and gift box
If you prefer a gift box please send me a message immediately after placing your order!
For Custom order
If you want to make a custom order please send me a message with the color, heel height or model you would like to customize. we will be happy to make the sandals according to your tastes! Remember that all our sandals can be made in different colors, leathers, heel heights and on request you can also customize the color of the crystals for the jeweled sandals!
Info Return and Cancellation
Syrenia sandals are made to order and to the customer's size. Therefore it is not possible to cancel or return an order, in any case contact us for any problem (in the case of a return obviously the shipping payment is the responsibility of the customer).If the size sent is correct, but the sandal is large or small, we are available to exchange it for another size. In this case the customer will have to pay for the shipping.If the model, colour, size and measurement do not correspond to those ordered due to our error, the product will be replaced at our expense.In the event that the package arrives damaged or opened, please contact us immediately.
