Chantelle, who shares her daughter Dolly, 10, with ex Alex Reid, wore yellow running trainers and carried a plastic bag over her left arm.
Chantelle's appearance comes more than 17 years after she won the 2006 series of Celebrity Big Brother.
ITV2's reboot of the iconic fly-on-the-wall series will launch on October 8 and will be co-presented by AJ Odudu and Will Best.
It is the first series of the show since Channel 5 axed it in 2018.
