Dracaena reflexa var. angustifolia 'Bicolor' is a cultivar of Dracaena reflexa var. angustifolia Baker also known under its synonym name Dracaena marginata Lam. It grows long and slender leaves . This plant grows into snaking form as it ages, usually with a bare trunk and a splash of colorful leaves at the top. The 'Bicolor' cultivar has deep green leaves are lined with a thin, elegant strand of bordeaux red, encasing bands of emerald green and ivory yellow.
The name dracaena is derived from the romanized form of the Ancient Greek δράκαινα – drakaina, "female dragon".
