Creamy Iced Coffee

"my son says this tastes like Tim Horton's Iced Cappuccino ---make certain to use a very strong brewed coffee for this, I use frozen mini coffee cubes for this in place of ice cubes --- the addition of chocolate syrup takes this to yet another level :)"

  1. For diabetic reasons I had to trim the sugar but my coffee addiction made me tag it, LOL. I used unsweetened evaporated milk and some Splenda for the sweetened milk and fat free/no added sugar liquid creamer for the 1/2 and 1/2. This combo turned out to be max enjoyment for me. Yummm

  2. It's been so hot here, and I was looking for a good drink to have to quench my thirst. This one looked so good, I just had to try it. I used Duncan Donuts coffee, and made it nice and strong. I used Splenda in mine and it was so good! I also added a squirt of Hershey's chocolate syrup to mine. WOW! Very delicious and refreshing on these steamy days. Kitten, you have a winner here!

  3. Oh, my, was this sweeeeet! For my personal preference, next time I'd cut the sweetened condensed milk at least in half, as it was a little too much for me. I made this using Starbucks French Roast, as well as coffee ice cubes (great idea!!), whole milk instead of half-and-half, and regular sweetened condensed milk. FWIW, I don't drink my morning coffee with any milk or sweetener, but I love a good Frappucino. I like the creamy sweetness the condensed milk added, I'll just use less next time.
