There are lots of festive drinks and cocktails to choose from when the holidays roll around and, as much as we love a marshmallow-topped mug of hot chocolate or a cozy cup of wassail, there will always be a special place in our hearts for eggnog. It’s rich and creamy with a flavor that reminds us of a boozy homemade vanilla ice cream, making it exactly the type of indulgence we look forward to when we think of the holidays. There are plenty of ways to make it (and use your leftover!) but this snowman version has to be one of our favorites. It has all the Yuletide flavor you’re expecting but comes dressed up with plenty of personality. Making the snowman is easy—you just need some whipped cream, a few chocolate chips and a piece of dried apricot.
