New Orleans was the first NBA team to receive its rights payment from Diamond Sports Group (DSG) after the broadcast company filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. The plan as of now is to have Pelicans games air on Bally Sports New Orleans, but if DSG comes up short, the league will stream games through the NBA app while the team searches for a new linear TV partner.
