Les Creations de Monsieur Dior Forever and Ever by Dior is a Floral fragrance for women. Les Creations de Monsieur Dior Forever and Ever was launched in 2009. Top note is Freesia; middle note is Jasmine; base note is Tincture of Rose.

The house of Dior has rightfully held one of the first places in the world of perfumes for years. Dior’s collection Les Creations de Monsieur Dior introduced in 2009 represents a review of vintage editions. The collection includes 5 perfumes – 5 classic fragrances favorized by many women worldwide.

Diorella, Dioressence, Diorissimo, Eau Fraiche Forever and Ever make the five fragrances of the Les Creations de Monsieur Dior collection, presented as timeless opus of Dior which resists time and new trends.

Romantic violet nuances announce the last fragrance of the Creations de Monsieur Dior Forever and Ever collection while insinuating Dior's timeless compositions which will be worn by next generations.

Forever and Ever was presented in 2002 as a sophisticated floral composition which leaves a mild, spicy trail in a base. A floral bouquet of freesia, jasmine, rose, pelargonium and almond blossom are refreshed with ivy and spiced with nutmeg, vanilla and musk.

The new version of Les Creations de Monsieur Dior Forever and Ever is available in a lovely glass flacon (50 and 100 ml EDT) with an accentuated floral light-motive of the composition. Pink nuances of the fragrance were inspired by rose-garden Dior Granville. Top notes of the perfume bloom with freesia flowers, a heart hides jasmine from India, while a base is enriched with intoxicating Bulgarian rose-garden.

This is a very underrated scent. It's ethereal, it's angelic.... it's a heavenly fragrance. For me, this is the perfect bridal scent and due to its 'timeless' quality, it would be perfect for the bride and brides mother. I've owned a bottle of this, since it's launch and it will continue to sit proudly on my vanity. Despite being an an EDT, this has great longevity. It conjures images of a magical princess in a beautiful flowing dress. This is truly an enchanting feminine fragrance.

henderson_the_rain_king

this has been my signature scent since forever. it's sweet in just the very right way, not overpoweringly, sickeningly, banally so, and at the same time cold, like a chilly may morning in a beautiful flower garden - the perfect combination for a calm, elegant, delicate lady of an unyielding character who is charming but at the same time somewhat distant and always slightly out of reach (me).

i only wish it'd last longer, after 3-4 hours just a slight afterscent is left on my skin, but then again, if more solid components would be added it probably would lose it's delicate balance.

我珍藏著舊版50ml,因為太喜歡又已經絕版,有點捨不得噴完,所以又買了新板100ml當作日常使用。一穿上就立即聯想 到美好與幸福,天長地久。

LadyCO

The first time I put it on, and asked my mom for her reaction she said it smelled like a grandma. And I couldn't agree more. I view the sweetest grandma your mind could ever see. Her house is all frilly and pink, and she always talks to you sweetly. This is not a bad scent, it is adorable and feminine, unfortunately not for me. But it is a blind buy if you like roses and freesia.

Rozalina

Bright, dewy freesia flowers with papery rose petals. I don't smell any jasmine at all. Forever And Ever Dior is shampooey and unapologetically Floral with a capital F. It is an inoffensive, pretty girl fragrance with a very light sillage.

LadyIva

This is a pretty scent, but very fleeting, and has no staying power whatsoever. There exist dozens of better and more durable fragrances in this category (sweetish girly rose).

Arion

Out of the sisters this one is the most girly fresh sweerheart. I did own it and it was a beautiful sweet but not goyrmand sweet but more floral fresh sweetness. She is the sweetheart sister

Angelxo

This is what princesses smells like. Absolutely divine

Saveria

It doesn't always have to be complicated; Forever and Ever is simple and at the same time delicious, feminine, delicate. This is the perfume I would happily imagine on an angel.

This blend of rose, freesia and jasmine is absolutely divine. And yet floral perfumes are not my favorite ones but when it smells good, it smells good! Is the pyramid complete? Because I would have added a little hint of musk (not at all imposing, just what is needed to bring sensuality to the whole thing).

Once again, everything is simple here, nothing really innovative or exceptional, just the feeling of being in an enchanted garden which fills me with happiness. A perfect creation for lovers of floral or rose perfumes (like me).

I just received this in the mail. It wasn't particularly on my radar, but when I came across a full bottle for a low price, I jumped. This is Dior were talking about here! This will wear best in spring and summer undoubtedly, but I had to try it today in the midst of winter. My home is warm and cozy, so it doesn't make much of a difference. For a perfume that Fragrantica claims is made from 3 notes, this feels like much more is going on. It's seamless! If I focus, I can separate the freesia from the rose, but I enjoy the way that the freesia adds a freshness to the rose, creating a beautiful accord. I don't detect the jasmine, but it's possible it will emerge the longer I wear it. This is a very traditionally feminine scent. It's best described as "pretty". Though different, I'm not sure I've been as attracted to a rose perfume since the days before my bottle of Drole de Rose turned on me, though DdR retains the top spot for me. Longevity and projection are about what you would expect from an EDT. Spray heavily if you want people next to you to smell it, and be prepared to reapply after 3 hours or so.

Mademoiselle Rêve

Sophistication in simplicity.
A fresh spring floral scent that would bestow an air of gentle charm upon every woman who wears it.
Yes, right upon spraying it does have the 'shampoo' vibes, but in the best way possible - an aura of cleanliness, youthful elegance.
And I must add, it lasts for hours on me! I would say at least 6-8 hours, with just 2-3 sprays. It accomplishes what most fragrances in this fresh, airy, light floral category cannot - it combines these traits with great longevity! An all year classic.

jadepo21

This is not for me. Nothing wrong with it but you have to be a floral girl to like it and this is 100% floral. Heavy white florals that are just too headache inducing for me. If you love freesia, jasmine, and soap notes, this will be a solid win for you. Just not my thing.

Cherryz

If I ever get married, this is what I would wear in the wedding. It is like a classy, feminine, floral, gentle and soft caress. Longevity on skin could be better, but at least I can smell it on my clothes and hair for two days. To me this perfume smells strongly of maraschino cherry. So... it's like bathing in a classy cocktail with that cherry on top!

Moonami

One of my favourite Dior perfumes (along with Dior Addict Eau Fraiche 2014). So fresh and uplifting but in the most gentle and feminine way.

Absolutely love it and layer it with powdery perfumes and it becomes a dream. The freesia and rose in it are top notch and lovely and the jasmine is quite and subtle which is perfect since I hate loud jasmine notes.

The only Con is the longevity which is a problem with many Dior perfumes. Overspraying on clothes helps a bit but still too weak to last and perfom beyond a couple of hours.

cherrydays

this gorgeousness is like blooming bouquet but better. a light, inoffensive, girly floral that u cant go wrong with, great for layering!!

dreamypeony

my favorite dior, this one is really special to me, its a pure classically beautiful floral. it was my signature for quite some time, and i still love it! on my skin freesia and jasmine are more prominent, it lasts very well for a delicate floral and fresh edt. people always compliment me when i wear it, it gives the wearer a very lovely scented aura, a halo of dewy flowers.

Paintedtrillium

Sometimes I am in the mood for something light and lovely. This soft floral fragrance is perfect for spring days and summer mornings. The freesia in the opening is just beautiful. And the jasmine then gentle rose that follows softly enter the scene. I imagine if I just had a lovely french garden off a covered porch, soft white linen sheers moving with the breeze that carries in these lovely floral scents while I recline on my Victorian chaise reading a book.

This lasts about 4-6 hours on me. I do not detect any vanilla nor is it indicated in the notes. I do smell the rose, it is very soft but there. Love this perfume.

. It is a scent of pure goodness. It would be perfect for a bride to wear.

ladykatherine

Very pretty. Not usually what I would like, but the combination is light, airy and unobtrusive. The rose note isn't really apparent to me -- if anything it smells a bit more like peony? In any event, the freesia note dominates in the best way.

perfumesniffer

FREESIA most of all. For those who are old enough this has a 1990-2000s shampoo vibe. Fresh, clean delicate (and weak) floral. A blended floral with little, if any, rose for me. Also not really any vanilla or other non-floral facets. Extremely basic fresh floral which is soft & warm not cold or sharp. It would be untrue to say this is anything other than pretty. But a super basic kind of pretty.

joikgirl

I would be the last person to talk about rose fragrances. I am not that big of a fan when it comes to Dior perfumes, but the Les Creations de Monsieur Dior line is a hidden gem. This line is a springtime heaven, every single one is a banger, including this. Very airy, subtle and clean rose with freesia. Very much a ’clean girl’ fragrance. It is so unique, soft and even creamy like. I really have never experienced a toilette like this one. Also the bottle is so pretty.

This and Diorissimo are two must have spring fragrances and I will be getting both of them.

Miazinha

Uma fixação excelente dependendo das pulverizações; Já me durou mais de 9 h. Imagine cheirar uma rosa no orvalho da manhã, tal e qual. Muito fresco, romântico delicado e não doce. Ótimo para Primeira/Verão.

Icarel

Ok, I'm not a fan of the clean girl concept, and I don't think the debate about it has any place here on this page, but if there is a perfume that would illustrate this concept well or if I must show or explain it to someone, I would take Dior Forever and Ever.

I like this perfume even though it is not my usual style, but I am noticing that my tastes are mutating extremely fast in the past months...Anyway, Forever and Ever is fresh but not refreshing like ice but similar to the morning dew. It is soft and delicate; I associate this fragrance with the smell of clean and freshly ironed/folded clothes or early sunny spring mornings and summer mornings as well like 5/6amish at sunrise. A slightly sweet thanks to the freesia and the rose give it depth, so it is a bit romantic but not cliché. It is also almost juvenile because it is airy yet, not totally because the rose and jasmine make it more developed. I would say it is versatile, but only during the day, as in the evening it might be too light, but it depends again on where you live. I imagine that in the context of a tropical night, it must be incredibly soft and cool. The performance is not the best but can be improved with a rich body cream or layering. You can totally feel like a clean girl with this!

I was expecting Chanel Eau Tendre to smell like this tbh since my nose really does perceive it like a tender juice.

fragmig

For me it is such a special and unique fragnance… It is youtful and nostalgic at the same time. It’s like 90’s songs that sometimes hit you right in the soul. Maybe it’s just me. It’s more floral creamy than fresh, especially on skin. I would cautiously wear it during very hot weather, but it is definitely more spring/summer scent than autumn or winter. I love the vintage bottle, it suits this perfume so so well. I believe this scent has potential of smelling simply divine on some people, but not suit others at all. Also, I think it would suit younger people more than mature. One way or another, it is a very very nice addition in collection, for warm, careless days…

marijana3

The most beautiful fragrance ever. More than this maybe Loving bouquet from Escada🥰

Htheone

Beautiful floral with poor performance. If it lasted longer and had more projection, I would buy it for sure.

tezzasmif

My ultimate most beautiful fragrance ever, which I've bought time after time- its summer in a bottle, its love in a bottle. Sadly any hint of fragrance is gone in 10 minutes. Literally. The freesia and rose combine to make me so happy but I had to give up on Forever & Ever realising I kept repurchasing hoping something would change & it would last even close to a reasonable amount of time- but it never changed and I realised for £80 a bottle for a scent there's no trace of in a few minutes I was being fleeced. A huge disappointment. I stood in a hotel lift in hot Majorca after just spraying Forever a moment earlier. A man walked in & I could see him smelling & enjoying the gorgeous aroma. If this had been a few minutes later he wouldn't even have got a whiff!
I've searched for any scent that comes close and started wearing Issey Miyake Florale. Its not as beautiful. It also doesn't last but at least I could comfort myself that it was half the price of the Dior. I gavr up on that too eventually.
For Never or Ever would be a more fitting name for this. (Very sad face) If anyone knows of any dupes please let me know :)

EugeniaEliette

The best way I can describe it: generic. There is nothing special about it.

bea777

This scent is so beautifully light, fresh and floral. I can't help but love how this scent makes me feel. The blend of florals is effortlessly pretty. This is definitely a scent I intend to repurchase soon

Clare101

I have finally saved up enough to buy myself a 100ml bottle of this brilliant gem. Previously I wore and enjoyed Eau Sensuelle which was similar but lacked the creamy and spicy undertones this has and was shorter lasting. This is thoroughly enjoyable and very feminine plus unique especially with the current trends. I got a couple of compliments already. I hope Dior keeps making this forever and ever!!!
PS I have realised that if Lancomes Miracle and Lacostes Pour Femme had a baby then this scent would be the end result! How fitting too that the original bottle of this was released between those aforementioned fragrances!!

The Lady at the Dior Counter told me yesterday this one has been discontinued! I'm hoping she is confused and just meant that they're only selling it online nowadays and not at the Dior counters, because this is the best Dior in my book! The Dior Website says this is a bestseller so it would seem crazy to discontinue it, but they've butchered the Miss Dior line so I also wouldn't put it past them. Maybe don’t wait too long to buy or backup this one?!

malikun

It is so strange, I am not a fan either rose or white flowers like freesia and jasmine, but this perfume is something truly divine! Blended so beautifully, such a delicate, feminine fragrance … I didn’t appreciate it when I had it back in college, it was a gift and I was not into perfume research then, my bad. However, now having tried a range of different florals, I can say Forever and Ever had superb quality of ingredients, that is why it is so special. Rose is definitely the main character here and I would love to purchase its worthy dupe one day. There is one company that has a dupe but it is in England, need to find some platform that ships from there…

Paula80

When I bought it (blindly) a few years ago, it wasn't love at first sniff... Maybe because I've never been a fan of 'just-floral' perfume, and that's what it is - a bundle of fresh flowers on a musky base. Also I got it in winter and this fragrance needs warmth to 'bloom' and fully develop on the skin. Now I can appreciate its beauty & timelessness.
There are only 3 notes listed on Dior's website: freesia, Indian jasmine & Bulgarian rose, but I'm sure that this perfume shares some other notes with its two predecessors from 2002 & 2006. I can definitely detect a green note here - it's probably the ivy which adds freshness to the scent. There is also a subtle sweetness in the background (vanilla?), and delicate musk in the base smooths out the composition.
Forever and Ever Dior is soft, fresh, romantic, classy & ultra feminine. I can easily imagine it as a perfect wedding perfume for every bride. It is also a perfect spring & summer scent for those who love florals.

lifmealone

Notes listed are freesia, jasmine and tincture of rose? This smells so much more than that. It's a poetry.

pweedyadel

It breaks my heart to let this go because it reminds me of weddings and wedding represent love ❤️. It’s a stunning floral perfume. Notes are freesia, Jasmine and rose 🌹. I picture a wedding at a beautiful garden with a gorgeous bride in her white ball gown. It’s soft, feminine and delicate. Sadly it’s been discontinued.

I wanted to update my 2015 review! It's 2022 and this is still the ONLY floral perfume in my collection. I genuinely don't have any other flower-only perfumes and I've smelt sooooo many over the years!. I never like them because for me they're either too dry (Bright Crystal and Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet for instance, both realistic but just too dry in a Rose water sort of way for my tastes), or too sweet and vanilla-like (Flowerbomb and La Vie Est Belle are typical examples of the hellish and unnatural sweetness so many floral perfumes have!). All very popular perfumes but to my nose, they just don't have the true smell of sweet flowers in spring.

Forever and Ever is a very singular and perfect scent that has a natural sweet blossom smell. True Freesia but the feel is that of new springtime flowers. It blows my mind that some people don't think it's strong!. I find this super strong and it lasts forever... and ever! You can smell this stuff a mile away despite it's delicate scent and that's what I mean about the blossom vibe. NOBODY would describe cherry blossom as a strong smell would they? But you can't walk past a tree in blossom without smelling the fresh, sweet scent of flowers, right?! That's what this perfume is to me. Delicate but always detectable, always distinct. It stays in a room after you've gone but not in an assault on the nostrils sort of way, more like the ghost of some sweet petals. And honestly, after many years it's still the only thing I've found that gives me that true feeling of walking down a cold street full of newly blossoming flowers, and stopping to take a deep breath of the elusive scent that catches on the breeze.

I think this is quite wearable for every day (if you can afford it as your signature perfume!) but for me this is a special occasion perfume. If I want to dress like a flower fairy, this is the only perfume I'm reaching for. It is perfection. Springtime in a bottle, genuinely.

As the Superdrug Artiscent Atelier Eau De Parfum's aren't on Fragrantica, I just wanted to mention the Vanille Blush scent from that range. It baffles me how the notes they mention on the box (blackcurrant, Jasmine, Vanilla, cedarwood and musk) can dry down into a perfume reminiscent of Forever and Ever! Admittedly at first it's a very distant relative as the initial waft is blackcurrant. That very quickly turns into a sort of nose stinging aniseed (no idea where that's coming from, but there's some notes combining to create something spicy right at the top!), but leave it for a few minutes and bam! There it is... the spirit of Forever and Ever. I'm honestly very surprised as I hate vanilla but it's not obvious in Vanille Blush, it just makes the florals a tad sweeter. I can still smell it 4 hours after praying and is it a more woody scent than Forever and Ever after a few hours, but it's still pretty nice! I think it's fair to say that it's not really a replacement for the current version of Forever and Ever for those who wear and love it and it seems based on the OG from 2002 (which has vanilla, nutmeg and musk in!), so maybe this would be good for anyone who preferred the original, discontinued version. It's not as special or nice as the current perfume, but for a fraction of the price and a pretty cool bottle, this is 100% worth trying if you like Forever and Ever. I'm always too scared to take my Dior bottle anywhere because it cost me £100, so to have a decent 50ml dupe that cost £11 (well actually I got it for just £6 in a special offer!) I'm happy to chuck in my bag / suitcase is an absolute winner! I hope this is helpful :)

nickinicole

Very light floral. TBH, I rarely wear florals without a fruity or citrusy top note...I don't love it. The scent profile isn't very modern, so I wouldn't repurchase.

Update: I tested it again today. Something about it is very chemical in the beginning. It reminds me of the smell of hair salons as a child. Different women's scents competing with hair spray.

Ella7712

Beautiful!! ❤ It's so clean, soft, airy and feminine, makes me think of fluffy pink clouds. Would make a great bridal perfume.

melusina1982

A watery version of the original one, which I would be using forever and ever (excuse the pun) if it still existed today.
Given that, this one is good in its own right: on my skin it is mostly dewy freesia, like you just have had a shower and splashed on some simple eau de cologne. It lasts all day and wears exceptionally well in hot weather, you will always have this "clean" aura around you.
I prefer to use it in mild or hot weather when it truly melds with my skin. In winter it can be a little sharp and sometimes it develops Lancôme's Miracle vibes.

Christinageor10

Enchanting Princess Perfume! This is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, bright and beautiful floral fragrance. The combination of florals is intoxicating and very feminine.

This makes me feel very beautiful and I love the top notes (and want to keep spraying it) all the way through to the dry down. This would make an excellent signature scent or every day easy reach, but also works for special occasions when you want to feel sparkly and princess-like. The sillage and projection are moderate and create a lovely scent aura. I can see this becoming addictive and full bottle worthy. Definitely going to add to my collection after I finish my decant. 9/10 ❤😍

laylahkh

My absolute favourite perfume ever! I didn't like it the first time I bought it but shortly fell in love with it after a few weeks. Before I bought this, I wasn't a fan of floral perfumes but this perfume has a unique type of floral scent that makes it intoxicating. I would describe it as though you have taken a bath in a pool of fresh roses. Perfection in a bottle.

The only critical thing I could say is that I don't enjoy it in the summer as much as I do in colder weather.

sntkdew

My simple nose loves it. The white floral blends beautifully and complementing each other. Office and everyday scent. Feels beautiful and calm everytime I wear this beauty. The sillage is intimate, but still love it. So easy to wear and blend naturally with skin scent, you can spray more if it's gone and will not detect any sour scent (I live in Bali, so some fragrances will turn sour when you add more spray on top of previous one). Definitely repurchase.

chicnothings

Lovely light floral. Feminine and delicate. Similar to Sakura private line, but Forever and Ever is much better in my opinion, it's more airy, crystalline and sparkling, it seems to have a lasting touch of citrus (though not listed) throughout its entire longevity, which Sakura does not have at the base. Sadly Forever and Ever has been discontinued by Dior (I do not see it on the US website). Too bad, I think it was the best of the line, although vintage still relevant for today's times. Don't know why they had to discontinue it. Beautiful classic now lost forever, future generations will never get to know it. Sadly.

lilyclaire

When I wear this, my friends tell me that I smell like a princess, so delicate and quiet
makes me feel comfy, feminine and classy, thats why its my signature scent :)
I can’t recognize particular note being prominent, I just smell baby pinkish flowers blended together.
Reminds me of johnsons baby lotion at drydown.
It smells natural on my skin, like a shampoo or other grooming products.
Ends with Warmth added to fresh floral bouquet.

giri-boni

The scent of a fairytale. Cinderella smells like this.
A cute, lovely fresh rosy floral. And pretty long lasting for it genre

delicatefabric

A gentle beauty who will make you fall for it over time. Your first encounter might not be striking, but gradually you will find comfort in its meditative, steadfast character. It is here to stay, forever and ever.

Agnes81

This is a scent for pastel colored tea dresses, Victorian green houses, high quality cashmere scarfs, posh afternoon tea and impeccable manners. It’s pretty, feminine, polite, ageless, elegant, perfect. Not my usual cup of tea. But today was my daughter’s 2nd birthday and it was the perfect choice. Just lovely, light, happy and springlike. The quality is amazing. Nothing synthetic, harsh or irritating - it’s pure and beautiful. Silage is low to medium and longevity is quite good.
MissCee, I would have loved a teacher who smelled like this ❤️

EllaDe7

Reminds me of Champs Elysees Guerlain.
Interesting and not typical Dior, in a good way.
I smell something aromatic in it, don't know what. Unlike most of Dior, my skin does not alter this one. The other Dior that my skin does not change is J'Adore classic.
This scent is complex and sophisticated. It is a Dior that leans toward Guerlain if that is possible.
I wish I knew more about scents to figure out what connects these in my head when I smell this.

cresol

An extremely pleasant light white floral and rose shampoo. Has alright projection and stamina for what it is. Very pretty.

MissCee

Lovely, feminine and floral scent! Perfect for work as it's very soft and not polarising at all. I am a teacher and my students started talking amongst themselves in the classroom "What is that gorgeous smell?" "Someone's wearing a really nice perfume in here". "Mmm, can you smell it?" I didn't tell them it was me, but it's such a lovely floral. I always knew that when I became a teacher, I would smell nice and leave a gorgeous, soft trail of perfume in the classroom unlike my own teachers, who stunk of stale nicotine and coffee and had dragons' breaths. My only issue is the performance, sadly it doesn't last so long, so for the price, I feel I should expect a much better performance.

wapples

WET SCHOOL UNIFORM
It reminds me of mornings when my uniform was not quite dry and went to school and it dried off as I wore it as my BO amalgamated there is the smell I mean it’s an ok fragrance but it’s hard to get that image out of the head I find it terrible my wife has it but perhaps one of my least faves of hers it’s a swing and a miss from me but I get how others who were not who were deprived in there dry clean uniforms missed out on having this scent all through there secondary education.

Senzayume

For me it is the scent of longing. Not for a person, a time, or a place, just disembodied longing. Feels like something is missing, not in the perfume, but within myself, when I wear it.

Initially I thought it was weak, but it has endurance in its softness. It's one that I can smell even in winter, long after I thought it had faded.

Regarding its character, it has enough romanticism for a wedding, enough elegance for a lady, and enough haunting for a full bottle.

Cal2601

My beautiful, classy, sophisticated mother used to wear the original formula a lot, and for many years. I loved it on her but as a teenager myself at the time, I didn't wear it often myself. When the original bottle was discontinued, I missed it. It's a floral, yes. But it's a very unique floral, I've never smelled a true dupe for it. In any case, once I found the reformulation, I bought it again for my mother and a bottle for myself too. Every time I smell it, it makes me feel classy and sophisticated in a crisp white linen and lunch on the river kind of way, it's very like the original. Because it was a fragrance favoured by my mother for so many years, it is also comfort in a bottle to me - the sense memory of it is so powerful.

bombekmateya

Beautiful flowers!

diaanz81

The first time I smelled this on a friend, I closed my eyes and let out a deep sigh. This is a very relaxing, joy invoking fragrance. It's a delicate floral, elegant and very feminine. The florals are well blended and what I pick up on mostly is the Indian jasmine with hints of a lovely, almost aquatic musk. On me this last 6-8 hrs with about 4-5 sprays. Projection is light and you have to be fairly close to pick this up which I quite like when I don't want attention but still want to smell good. It would be a lovely signature scent and definitely a favorite especially considering I am not usually one to like pure florals which is how would I classify this. Highly highly recommend this!

lilymorena

Oh my what have I done? The worse blindbuy ever. Judging bij the notes and reviews it would be heaven for Office but this is a big nightmare. No sillage or longevity just a minute of soft citrus that reminds far issey myake fragances then it is gone forever. I am disappointed at Dior só why? Maybe I could be anosmic to it but a few friends can’t Smell it either. 😩

jenkuma

This perfume is fresh, light, and beautiful. There is a slight sourness to it, but in the same way a squeeze of lemon is sour, it's pleasant. I'm actually surprised there aren't any citrus notes listed. This perfume has a very delicate, feminine floral scent. I don't pick up the rose/jasmine/freesia as individual distinctive notes but rather a gorgeous aquatic blend of all three. If you are into light, fresh, florals, I would say this is a safe blind buy. This lasts on me for about four hours, which I think is pretty good for this type of light, fresh perfume. Also, as someone who is headache prone- this is great! I had a very bad migraine this morning and this perfume did not intensify it as sweeter, heavier perfumes tend to.

In recently began wearing this beauty again since it’s spring and it’s the best time of the year for Dior’s forever and ever. It’s such a beautiful light feminine airy fresh floral. The freesia and the rose, my husband always complements when I wear it. It’s very pleasant and never overwhelming. The longevity is so good for being Eau de Toilette. Usually this kind of fragrance that is fresh and floral doesn’t last long like Dior blooming bouquet, but this one does last and projects so well. I wear during the day and I wear it to bed. It’s just so good. I hope Dior will always have it.
Also Diors Sakura is very very similar to Dior forever and ever, but for some reason it doesn’t last or project as well.

I took an one hour flight another day, and I was wearing F&E. When we arrived in our destination, the Lady beside me told me:"- Have a nice day in Brussels, and by the way it´s was a pleasure to smell your lovely perfume during 1 hour". I gave her the name of it, of Course.

My experience is that, this is not a "skin scent". This projects around you, people close to you smell it, and the longevity is awesome 8 Hours easily. I smell this perfume on myself the whole day; I don´t need to reapply it. I love to spray on my hair...

The olfative quality of it...nothing to say...this is a gentle, extremely classy and refined scent; it´s very "lady like", "put together" but youthful and fresh. It´s simple but sophisticated, it shows strength in a gentle and smooth way.

I love it! a perfect classy signature scent!

Juliette has a gun

This is one of the prettiest light florals I ever encountered. Freesia is key, very beautiful, not in the least cloying, a perfect fragrence for spring... it would also smell wonderful on a bride.
I really hope Dior will keep on making this one. It is so much better than the latest "Joy". (I will always associate "Joy" with the great classic by Jean Patou. Can't understand why Dior is using that name for an average contemporary scent).

AnnieT303

I love this scent - it's so light & pretty (but not just a skin scent although projection is light).

To me, has a lucency about it with a soft, slightly soapy rose-freesia. Very much reminds me of Dior's Addict to Life and somewhat of Bvlgari Omnia Amethyst.

raiza1990

Soft and pleasant floral. Simple but elegant and feminine. The shy cousin of Miss Dior.
Sillage is soft, longevity is 4 hours and counting.
Final note:6/10

I got this perfume for my birthday from my husband. It reminds me of Christmas or going to the opera, and wearing a beautiful dress and glittering jewellery, with beautiful make up and high heels, and wearing this perfume. Or going to a gorgeous, glamorous party. It's very floral and maybe it could use some musk in the base, but it's still beautiful and I love it.

Anamandy

I purchased several scents from Dior and this was one of them. Too light. Has no projection, silage, or longevity beyond a skin scent. It looks like pink tinted water. I had to douse myself with it today in order to smell anything and after 2 hours couldn't smell it unless I sniffed my wrist. I wasn't happy with any of my purchases from Dior, btw (all weak).
This is a very soapy fragrance. On first spray it reminded me of a shampoo scent. I can't seem to distinguish what the flowers are in this. Overall it is a clean scent, though I think too young for anyone over 30. As it dries down I smell a light musk. I'll have to wear this again in warmer weather. It might just be that this is the wrong time of year to wear this. Maybe the warmer temps of spring and summer will reveal its full potential. I'll give it another chance then, but more likely than not this will be re-gifted to my niece. I think it would suit her better anyway.

GirlyScientist

The opening is a blast of alcohol and insect repellant, but that fades away in seconds.

For most of its life it is a watery, transparent floral, similar to Dior Sakura. I swear that I can smell a good dose of vanilla. Pleasant, light, uncomplicated... uninteresting? I'm not sure that you can overspray this, and I'm usually a 1-2 spray sorta woman.

I blind bought this for my wedding, but I'm not sure that it feels special or unique enough. It feels like a sundress sort of fragrance.

limpidgrass

Surely I received a bad bottle, it was the same as shown in the picture and had a screw cap. Probably the air oxidized the scent. It reeked of chemicals and petrol on my skin and gave me a splitting headache each time I used it. Just looking at the bottle now triggers my migraine, not due to the bottle, which is beautiful...... but due to the memory of what this fragrance did to me. But while I bore the headache, everyone kept asking me which scent is it! Probably it is too strong and overpowering in its floral-ness. I skipped it.

RUN FOR IT

- my life is a totally mess, but I have For Ever and Ever,

my "I can't live without you" bottle (50ml) makes my day worth living, (I can't die because I have this beautiful perfume, and it will miss me, I think ((??)) ) ...(the mothership is waiting for you ...),

- Me and For Ever and Ever, my so much beloved shoes, and somethimes a glass of somewhat/whatever wine or vodka, a comfy chair and my music from antother world - what moore can you ask for in this life - ten moore chairs or/and bring me David Bowie (me; a devoted fan) ?

- have I left a message before?

-Ups, but this shows how intoxicating this scent is..:D

yzmo91

For Ever and Ever captures the beauty of an old world. Smelling this is like nostalgia, you thought you forgot about it but in fact you never did. The combination of these notes I believe is not popular today. A definition of ‘beauty’ that comes from another era, but still remains beautiful today. This is a peppery spicy floral with a hint of something sour, not sweet. I find this one to be lovely, but not sure if this kind of fragrance for me.

dahrling

Beautiful. That’s the only word that can do this one justice. The clean, creamy freesia has a strawberry undertone that perfectly combines with the rose and the jasmine to smell like heaven to me. I get nothing green or spicy on my skin, on me this smells creamy - it’s not sweet nor sour - it’s just perfectly balanced and “clean” smelling. Yes, the name “Forever and Ever” conjures up the mental image I have of this perfume: elegant and simple, delicate and romantic - perfectly bridal. This is one my favorites, a masterpiece. I love it.

Toom_Snoopy

Just to inform that I've found the shower cream that smell close to Forever and Ever. It's Bouncia Body Soap (Cow Brand from Japan in blue package). It's mildly sweet, soft and the scent lingers on skin for many hours.

Clare101

Oh Dior why did you have to discontinue the previous version then re release in a different bottle and simplify the notes? Where is the ivy, the rose hip, the almond and the nutmeg? Dior please release a final version that contains the character, depth and longevity of the original to justify the price tag.

Lilacs&Lavender

This is an extremely relaxing scent. Fresh, mildly green and spicy. Former and Ever is discreet, but in no way dull. It doesn't have to shout to impress.

My only real complaint is that I wish it lasted longer. In this respect, it isn't value for money unfortunately.

This is a good choice for brides, with the elegant bottle, pale pink juice and name. I would recommend Forever and Ever as a great fragrance to wear to the office or places where you are in close proximity to others.

Babygia

Correct pyramide :Ivy, Freesia,Jasmin, Gerania, Almondblossom, Rose, Musk, Muscat, Vanilla.
Fragrantica, please check your entries. Many has incomplete or totally wrong descriptions.

ZmellyCat

This perfume is heaven in a bottle. I've finally found my scent! If you like strong, over the top fragrances stay away from this, you'll be disappointed. This one is so soft, sweet (not gourmand), really heavenly. It's a fragrance for delicate yet strong women. That's how I feel about this gem. In my oppinion flankers banalize a perfume, so I'm glad it's unique, despite being reformulated which I don't care about, since the current version just can't get any better in my oppinion... to my nose this is just perfect. No flankers for this one, Dior... Forever and Ever is really supposed to be one of a kind.

Jvs3005

I am pregnant and am very sensitive for head aches. I spray it on clothes and hair and this beautiful, comforting and very feminine friend is all around me during the whole day. Sublte but present without being head ache inducing like many other florals. I think it will be my signature.

Happyme2009

It’s delicate and with less silage than I wanted but it smells so fresh and lovely without ever turning ozonic or aquatic. Like fresh cut freesias and maybe a few peonies too. Later they become slightly powdery. I don’t have the original to compare, but this smells like spring and I love it. The bottle is very nice too, simple, but classy, quite beautiful and romantic. Lasting power not great, but my skin eats this kind of scents.
I wish I could find the pink bottle too. It is much too expensive for an Eau de toilette which isn’t even strong, but so beautiful and I will go ahead and say... if you are a floral lover, and you want something that smells like pure flowers, no soap, sugar, vanilla, citrus, Patchouli, nothing else added, go for it. It is rare to find a good freesia based scent so this is a beauty. However, keep in mind, low silage and weak longevity, it’s only appropriate for mornings, summer days, or work, too delicate for evenings or social functions.
PS. I am considering swapping it... 100ml bottle with box, since I really find the silage close to nil for me... pm me if you want it.

hyu80

One of my favorite perfumes. It's easygoing, young, happy, sweet and fresh. I like to use it on my hair after the shower, will last very long, and I can get a hint of its sweet and freshness sometimes until the next shower. Very lovely.

Mariaro

Nice, floral, but too subtle, lasting power like....10 minutes. Sorry but not for me, too expensive and no lasting power, smells like tea on my skin after a while.

Mona Lygre

This is one of my absolute favorite perfumes, I love and love it forever!

Plumaria

So so sad that Dior reformulated this. The scent in the pink bottle was perfection. I fully agree with Aysu's review.
This one is 95% similar but lacks the depth, the complexity and the creamy, sensual undertone that made the original Forever and Ever enchanting perfection. I wear this new one because I can't find the old anymore, but it makes me sad every time I sniff the old pink bottle and realise how perfect the original was.
I may buy another bottle of this new version because I still like it a lot and because it was the perfume of my wedding, but I'm done with Dior.

This was the last straw after Dune and Dolce Vita and many others masterpieces were reformulated and stripped of their soul into unrecognisable shadows of themselves.

Toom_Snoopy

For those who love this perfume, I haven't seen this under the menu of Dior's website recently. I then contacted Dior to check whether they are making the plan of being discontinued or something. And they replied back and made me contact Dior Office where I live. So, I'm not sure why Forever and Ever is not present, while others such as Diorissimo or Diorling are still in the lists.

cocolover56

This is SUCH a pretty and realisitic floral fragrance for sophisticated women (or men) who want to exude happiness and make others around them feel the same. A white floral with an intoxicating rose that never overwhelms or makes anyone uncomfortable. I think this would be perfect for Spring or Summer lunches and shopping trips on the town... or meeting a friend you haven't seen in a while. Once I'm done with my decant, I may buy a full bottle - only for special occasions though.

Light, beautiful and quite long lasting. Totally stunning. I'd love to try the vintage.

amplexus8

I LOVE this perfume! It's so simple, light, and utterly girly! I bought it on a whim at an airport Duty Free in London. It's one of the best impulse buys I've ever made!

MsKayJae

Such a lovely uplifting fresh floral fragrance, takes me to a happy place whenever I catch the scent. If you are a person wary of roses or jasmine in a perfume, have no fear, the notes are well blended here. For those special scent memory occasions or for those cold winter days when you need a pick up, it's a simple fragrance but great.

dglightblue

Hello the pink forever and ever Dior.

I've tried three if the others, one a dark amber juice, the other two pale yellow ish.

You know what, if Dior addict edt and blooming bouquet don't last on your skin, grab this.
It's probably outrageously expensive but so are the other two I mentioned.
I seems to me to be in the same family as the addict edt and bouquet, so why not.
I sold both my addict edt and bouquet, as lovely as they were, the lasting power sucked, and I'm not wasting time and money reapplying 5x a day just to enjoy it.

The accords look right, I don't get a really rosey-rose, I get fresh, green, floral..... after about the fourth hour there's some fruit or sweetness that is sort of generic if you've tried every perfume under the sun, but would be lovely if you had not tried every perfume under the sun already.
I sort of liken the scent to trely pink Vera wang...maybe a bit Gucci envy me..... there's a few others I've tried but can't put my finger on.

I used three sprays on my arm at midday, its after 10pm same day.

bibidee

Beautiful! Not a stunning type of beautiful, but so much more than pretty. Very feminine and elegant in its freshness and simplicity. It's a beautiful and clean floral. I don't get much greenness from this, but I get the sweetness of the freesia from beginning to end. Projection and sillage I find to be manageable with number of sprays - a couple if just for me, more if I wanted to share. I don't think one could overspray this fragrance easily. This would have been my wedding fragrance if I had been familiar with it at the time. Simply beautiful.

Soofiya

I was never eager to try this perfume of dior.I imagined it to be a plain watery girly floral.one of these generic pink perfumes one can buy without spending top dollars but when SA in a local perfume shop who knows my taste in perfumes very well, insisted on testing it for me,I gave up and let him spray it on my hand."mmm,it smells pretty" I thought and asked for hubby's idea.he answered:lovely but... there came a but when he saw it's price tag:but nothing speacial.I'm sure you have a lot of similar fragrances.though His eyes were saying other thing:"babe I can't afford it right now" so I decided to keep my tongue and don't start a long lecture about perfumes.we left the shop with a cheaper perfume which by the way was a hidden gem I was very happy to discover, but I couldn't stop thinking about this gorgeous scent on my hand.it's delicate, fresh, alluring, feminine and very chic.florals smell so natural, soft and beautiful.it's not a complex perfume but not as plain as it's notes suggest.I can smell something crisp and green blended with freesia, rose and jasmine.this green note is light and a tad spicy and however I often hate green notes, I like it alot here as it gives a natural freshness to forever and ever dior and give it an intresting twist which makes it far from generic pink perfumes.I'm also quite sure that there's musk in here.not a strong, dirty musk so If you're a musk hater there's nothing to worry about here.it's musky floral dry down is soft and creamy
Dior forever and ever is a light, pretty and high quality perfume but these are not it's only good aspect.I was amazed when I smelled soft traces of it more than 10 hours after application and it was just a small, quick spray
I add it to my wantlist but I don't think I can get it soon as it has a +100$ price tag and there are lots of other items in my wishlist including couple of chanels and I'm jobless.but if you can afford it and you're into delicate floral scents, something youthful and ladylike at the same time, inoffensive as well as classy don't let it go

WhiteVelvet

Dior Forever and Ever fragrance is very femme and
elegant. I like this a lot.

Estela B

It is in my wishlist. but i am still not sure. When i tried on my skin it opened beautifully, then it turned into something delicious and then... I don't know what happened, what finally stayed on my skin was kind of strange, not pleasant at all. Maybe I'm totally wrong, I will give it a second try and then post again.
Tried again and: yes I like it. Like it much more than Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet, longevity is not sensational though...
Finally bought it. Well, it is just...calming. It relaxes me like, makes me feel joyful and light. This is the perfect scent to
1- go to bed
2- read a book
3- calm down
Yeah, perfumes can work better than pills, what a thing...going to bed now, happy as one can be after purchasing a scent one likes 100%🤗

allumez

I bought this one after reading your review, Khariz! And thank you, it is indeed a keeper. Was out 'hunting' for a fresh spring smelling goodie and headed to Hermes to choose one of the Jardins or Jour but on my way I passed by the Dior stand and spotted the pink bottle and I thought: yeah, it's now or never:). Love it! The freesia is not exactly what I'm sensing, but it's there. Lovely spring garden flowers in the morning, holding a cup of hot coffee in the cool crisp morning air. This is what it does to you, it transcends you to a perfect vision.

pozimhoff

Positive, feminine, and enjoyable to wear. It gave me the same thrill that I got from my first childhood colognes. Bubble baths, organza dresses and flowers.

Khariz

I just got this EDT this morning. Ordered it online (BLIND BUY) and had it sent to my work address. This scent is very tricky. It smells so mild that I could hardly smell it on me but the people around me kept telling me I smell so good and wherever I go, when I walk, the scent comes along with me. I wore this for the first time today and at the office, my workmates said, minutes after I finished using the toilet, when they went in, they could still smell this scent in there. My colleague who sits infront of me in the room said that this scent filled the whole room which is weird because I could not smell it that enormous at all. PERFECT blind buy! This is a KEEPER! I dont smell sugar sweet. I smell a mild juice that smells so decent but is absolutely a compliment-magnet! Longevity: I can still smell it after 10 LONG HOURS with 4 spritzes !!!!

ana hen

It's beautiful , dreamy , fantastic perfume. It was three bottles for two years for me and now I thinking about repurchasing for New year .
Fresh flowers, easy seductive at this easiness smell of fresia, rose , jasmine -(cause almost always jasmine is not for my chemistry )

It's not harsh ,not sour, very soft and bright.

hotaru

OH MY.
What is this beauty?
This starts off as white floral with a hint of rose. It is airy, light, very pretty, feminine, polite, clean, crisp, sophisticated, subtle. If there was any fragrance poem about a fair maiden, this is it.

Forever and Ever has enough floral to make it as feminine as it could be without being annoyingly girly. It is also 'full' and 'well rounded' to give enough balance and elegance. This fragrance captures a lot of attention, not in a neck-breaking way, but in a gentle way.
It lets you shine, instead of shrouding you.
In the middle it is almost ozonic if not aquatic, still with white floral layer. Dry down is powdery, very pleasing and lingering there, barely noticeable but it is so dang pretty.

It stays on for about 5 hours in where I live, indoor. But honestly I dont need to spray it all over again. I like the drydown better.

I'm happy I finally try it. It is just right. I'm in my 30's and it is difficult to find a fragrance that fits. Not too young, not too old. I sure am no longer 22 but also not 42 just yet. This is just right.
Perfection.

Scatje

Very fresh and polite fuity rosy fragrance with what I think is strawberry

SuzanneRonelle

It's a humid spring day in South Africa, looking as if a thunder storm might be on the cards later on. It is too muggy to mess around with sweet perfumes... And yet - here I am spritzed to perfection with this sweet-sweet pink perfume and weather not withstanding, absolutely rocking it. I don't know Dior perfumes very well but the research going into the formulation must be extraordinary because the 'Nose' for this perfume saved this from being a teeth-achingly sweet concoction by adding some sort of subtle spicy note(although that isn't mentioned in the notes) - or it might just be that the freesia and rose balances each other extremely well. Obviously lovingly made and a delight to wear.

Loredana0108

I don't even know how to describe this perfume's beauty. It's a combination of floral, fresh and sweet. It's like a soft spring wind, lightweight, yet noticeable. It's one of those rare perfumes that lets YOU wear them, not viceversa. When I spray it on me, I feel happy and feminine. A true masterpiece and I don't know any other scents that smell like Forever and Ever.

halwaya

I haven't got it yet, but whenever I am in town I go to the Fragrance Shop and spray it on me - bit naughty, but I love it so much I am going to buy it eventually.. some day.
This fragrance was a love from a first sniff ;) It is a truly "feel good" fragrance that is not only floral but fresh as well. Love it, love it.. shame it is so expensive ;)

bribri121994

The best way to describe this is to think of the most perfect, pure flowers you could gather in the world, put them together in a bouquet with just a touch of fresh greenery, and stick your nose in it.

I bought this as a blind buy in a regional Chemist Warehouse (a big pharmacy chain in Australia that stocks a lot of perfume) as the price was absolutely unbeatable. I read the notes on the back, looked at the reviews on here, and thought why not? Very happy that I trusted my instincts on this one.

The bottle wasn't quite what I was expecting, quite plain, but is nonetheless fitting and appropriate.

If you are looking for the ultimate inoffensive perfume, but don't want to smell like Marc Jacobs Daisy, Dior Jadore, or any other highly likeable and popular floral perfume, this is the one to grab. Unique yet likeable at the same time, and is honestly the only Dior perfume I've truly loved.

josefinemang

Six years ago, I bought my first bottle of Diors Miss Dior and fell in love. Since then, my interest for fragrances has grown, and especially for the ones from the house of Dior. I am so impressed of Diors perfumes, each of the ones I have had the luck to smell feels like an invite to a secret and mysterious nature world. Only the ones close enough to smell my scent is allowed share my my thoughts, dreams and longings...

I received Forever and ever this morning and have never tried it before. The bottle shape is not as promising as other Dior scents, but the color, almost transparent and only slightly, slightly pink makes me curious and excited to try it. Could something that looks this insignificant make any longlasting impression? And after a couple of sprays, in the air and on my arm wrists I feel like the answer is YES!

Smooth, powdery, quite sweet (but really not _that_ sweet). Flower garden in the spring. Kind and cute and very clean. Neither girlish, nor older lady, just a woman feeling lucky being herself.

I am not sure how often and when I will wear this. It's nothing for the first date when I want to make a more "explosive" impression, actually I don't think it's a night perfume at all. Neither will I wear this as an every day scent in the office, it feels like Forever and ever needs to be used rarely, to not destroy the mystique. This will probably be the one I use work days when I wake up and feel a little sad, nostalgic or just need some comfort. Also, I will definitley spray this at home from time to time just to see the rainy flower garden behind my eyelids...

Edit: The longevity on me is not that good, but I can live with that. I will just carry the bottle the days I wear it and make new sprays from time to time.

One word:

I Want It!!!!!!!!

Wait, that's three words..

Forever and Ever is:
1. the female version of Dior Higher.
2. a happier version of Caron Eaux de Caron Pure.

Perhaps the happiest, brightest, most bubbly Dior.

Last year I had an intense longing for Forever and Ever...It was never mine but I would go back to try it, again and again, and each time it was a lovely as the last. I love the house of Dior and this is the fragrance that suits me perfectly, in a sense of it being both sweetly floral but at the same time, not uptight, more 'undone', more youthful and free willed. It doesn't even wear like a perfume but instead smells exactly like the flowers would in a beautiful garden, after fresh rainfall. Literal raindrops on roses, a candy-like freesia, a nose tickling soapiness and a flirtatious spice underneath.
After a long love affair I was gifted a bottle and it reigns over my other ones, like it was made for a young princess. The juice is unashamedly, gorgeously pink. I'm saving this one for the drizzly English springtime!

Jernê Knowles

Perfumes like Forever and Ever Collection Les Creations de Monsieur Christian Dior have all my respect and admiration. Explain. Are scents that can print under the majestic development which support the possibility of real moments, living aspects and characters that actually exist. It is so beautiful in her innocence, so tender in its existence, as portentous in its fake "smallness" it is almost impossible to feel it and not be surrounded by captivating tenderness that carries behind her pink juice. This perfume is just a dialogue among roses, jasmine and freesia, where they talk about the good things in life under a mild sun taking an ice cream and cross-legged tea. He reminds girls, neat rich girls that early point to a promising future for classical music and / or traditional ballet, also recalls a tour in Sicily, between their spring flowers, where the sun divides harmonically the season with a cold wind coming the west stroking the skin gently. Be in the cold or in the heat, Forever and Ever behaves like a good girl, thin, polite you know come and go in any environment without making ugly, and after his departure, earns praise for sensible behavior that boasts. Despite its subtlety owns a fixation over 12 h, something close, but it attracts attention and looks due to the uniqueness of the captivating dialogue between the three flowers that make up your route. Absolute in its sensitivity, love sets!

Word of the day: Sensitive... (day 60)

Skinscents4Fusspots

In terms of finding a scent that wafts a fresh Freesia smell around you, this is the only one I've found that works. It's sweet and floral, and smells very innocent and fresh. It's the smell of spring to me!

Megamind

More I wear it more I love it! So glad to have it in my collection. It's all about a lovely freesia. I'm really happy it lasts looooong hours with my skin chemistry. I absolutely not regret to purchase it at full price. For me every penny worth this beauty.
I get compliments every time I waer it. I do not disclosure the name of this perfume especially at work because I do not want other collaborators smell in a similar way. it's only me :) And I even stopped wearing it at work because it is so special so intim and so ME :))
I can disclosure the name of my flagrance only to my close female friends because I know they won't waer it to avoid having the same perfume as me. Any case we should be different from the flagrance point of view :))

xionoula

Very very pleasant smell..clean,soapy and elegant.I also sense something like soft leather suede.

Megamind

Absolutely fabulous scent! At the beginning I thougt that it corresponds better to the warm weather like summer or spring. But unfortunately the lasting power disappears within several minutes even not hours. I was on holidays in a tropical environment and this perfume didn't last at all. I could put hundreds of sprays but it smelled nothing. Like if the perfume was absorbed by this humidity in the air and 30 degree temperature.
But at home with the dry and cold weather the longevity is very good, and long lasting. This scent sits close to skin and have a heavy silage on me. it still smells when I'm back from work after 10-11 hours. The scent stays at least 3 days on my closes (dry environment in winter).
Love love love this scent.
The composition is so simple but the scent is so gorgeous. I understood that freesia and roses became my favourites.

Toom_Snoopy

@Red Rose: I still see it on Dior's site. It's in Les Créations de Monsieur Dior collection.

Red Rose

is this being discontinued or something ? I can't see it anymore on dior's website.
@Toom :
Thanks for your reply as I plan to get this fragrance soon. I was afraid it's discontinued or something.

Velvet_Touch

Very floral, feminine, soapy. I can't say I'm in love with this one, my sister bought this from Strawberrynet and she fell in love with it. She would wear it all the time. It is a long lasting one, I can even smell it when she comes back from college.

marinaw90

This is just beautiful. It is soapy but totally wearable. This is what I wished Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet would be. I'm so glad I found this.

the_new_esta

I will love this forever and ever. It has a sharp citrusy opening, but dries down to a sophisticated rock candy smell. People won't know whether to kiss you or eat you. It's not really warm or spicy but whatever you're into, you won't find a fault here!

sirop de Liège

Beautiful, feminine fragrance but extremely soft. For those who like to be unnoticed. Sillage:none, skinscent and longevity: 2 hours.
Very expensive imo for such a volatile fragrance.

EauSensuelle

Forever and Ever is like an addicting candy. It's a very sharp, intense floral with a shot of vanilla and a pinch of iris down there somewhere.

The opening is a light burst of citrus along with a finely grounded patchouli-like quality. It's pretty straight and to-the-point, even though the name of the fragrance indicates a lot of fuss and exaggeration.

The middle deepens into a sweet-yet-sharp floral fragrance and the flowers are credibly blended, I must say. The middle then becomes a nicely rounded rosy patch + iris/incense/citrus combo which indeed, is the addicting bit.

The end of the fragrance is similar to the middle, but as the name of the fragrance suggests, the middle trails on, 'Forever and Ever'. This really was a different fragrance, and I'm sure it will make many heads turn because of its rather alluring, mystical and sharply aphrodisiac nuances.

foxy_princess

Beautiful. Like the florals of the original miss dior cherie captured in a bottle. Freesia brings a citrusy kick while the rose is gentle and fresh
The jasmine you can't really smell til later on but when you do its so lovely. Very nice. Could easily wear this on my wedding, i just wish it were cheaper :(

moreorlessa

Light, fresh, delicate and girly. I see this as a young lady's first perfume or a as a good choice at any age for warmer weather, in case you don't want to go down the citrusy cologne route but rather retain some "pinkish" feminity.

ancaan

Beautiful summer fragrance! Very floral, airy and sparkling. I love both rose and freesia and this fragrance is feminine and young. I would love to have it in my collection, but the longevity and projection are very poor for the price tag. Would definitely buy it for a very low price.

Eirlys

This is the best blind purchase I have ever made! I fell in love with the name and the bottle and decided to buy this based on the notes only.

The perfume opens with a splash of freesia and rose. I wasn't able to detect jasmine but maybe that was because the floral notes all blend so well with one another. The perfume also lasts about 4 hours, which is pretty great considering that it doesn't have any warm note to keep it grounded. Also this one doesn't sit too close to the skin, I could smell it about an arm length away. Not many fresh/floral perfumes do that :)

I would say this is perfect for spring because of how fresh and floral it is. I feel like my day is brightened every time I wear this because it is very cheerful.

I have Dior Addict Eau Sensuelle, and this is definitely similar to that. However, Eau Sensuelle sits closer to the skin and is also a bit warmer that Forever & Ever. Eau Sensuelle also lasts a bit longer (6 hours), probably because of the musk. Both perfumes are perfect for spring time!

I would be interested in a purchase or a trade. Please PM me. Thank you.

A transparent spring floral - lightly scented spring raindrops.

The initial impression is spring flower-scented bubble bath - soapy but not powdery or waxy at all

Into dry-down it develops slightly more interesting qualities - a light, nutmeg/peppery quality that lifts it from being a slightly tedious floral and leans towards elegance

It has something in common with Bulgari's Amethyst - not my style really - light, innocent, raindrops trembling on clean, fresh petals.

Definitely a perfume that suggests someone younger than myself! But of its kind, very good quality and ideal for any spring-day scenario

the_new_esta

I wish I could fill a whole bath with this! So pleasant and delicious.

joan100

Simply One of the best modern floral fragrances out there! Its very feminine and delicate but has good projection. Dior never fails with the quality of its scents and bottles.

trishadoresperfumes

I simply HAD to get this perfume after testing it numerous times at Sephora, and after days, i could still smell the perfume off the tester strip. This is an elegant and romantic fragrance, with the perfect blend of vanilla and florals; thereafter hugging the user in an intimate manner. The dry down lasts around 8hours, with adequate sillage without offending anyone. Will definitely repurchase and recommend it to anyone having 2nd doubts about this perfume <3

Antares811

Heavenly scent. I love it!
Highly recommended for light, feminine, beautiful floral scents lovers.

nitschevo

Forever and ever Dior - I will most likely love you forever! This scent is truly amazing - it is soft but the softness has sillage and logevity so it feels like the scent hugs you troughout the day. I've been searching for a perfume that smells like Oil of Olaz lotion or Bebe for a long time now because I loooove the scent! I found it, but unfortunately it is one of the most costly perfume houses :D Argh, damn it. But I will save up for this beauty. It is amazing and distinctive, I've not came across anything like it so far. And the colour of the juice fits perfectly :) <3

I had two bottles so far... Reading all comments and just smiling. Oh yes, this one can be liked by so many and still be original on every of us ;)

millie1980

This is a delicate whisper of a fragrance. It is very feminine and subtle, and would suit women of all ages. The spicy rose element gives it a touch of depth and flavour. In that respect, the drydown is like a faint, summer garden rendition of the drydown of Givenchy's Very Irresistible.

I really like it!

I bought this bottle as part of a miniature Dior set in a duty free store in Jamaica. This perfume is light and 200% different from what I normally buy. I enjoyed every single drop. Each time I put it on for the day I knew that once I reached the bottom of the bottle I was never going to buy this scent again. This perfume will always remind me of that trip--awesome.

dragenpuff

Gorgeously fresh floral scent, perfect for spring and early summer!
It is light and uplifting, easy to wear, elegant yet sensual in a very ladylike, sophisticated way. I wear a little on my writst and slide them against my neck, and I love it when I catch a whiff of it during the day!

thuytrang1010neu

Sweet, gentle, beaufitul ^__^

terezie

I purchased some time ago but I waited for spring to start wearing it.
What a beautiful spring fragrance! Being soft and unique at the same time, Forever and Ever wears like a luxury lotion. It’ s like a blooming garden after rain.

Icis

This is the perfume that I can say that i love it.
To all other perfume I have, I always have a love-hate feeling.
This is very light but still noticeable scent that won't make me headache.
The only con of this perfume is that there isn't a 50ml one.
The 100ml is about 90 euro, not very expensive but still, I would like to buy a bottle of 50ml for 50 euro.

stier

This is just insanely lovely!

It's easy to wear, not offensive, very light. But still it has a distinct and very unique smell and is hard to forget. I instantly fell in love when I first sniffed it.
Forever and ever Dior smells strongly of freesias but in a very pleasant way, it doesn't smell like th "usual" floral scent but it stands out in an "innocent" kind of way. I was complimented on it several times!

LOVE IT

afefa

terezie

This is such a beautiful scent! I noticed a very soft and comforting mimosa note here. Does anyone know if there is mimosa in this?

Les Creations de Monsieur Dior “Forever and Ever Dior” (2009)

My god this is beautiful. On my skin it is the embodiment of simple, sheer, transparent floral heaven. This radiant creation joyously opens with a brilliantly fresh and spicy freesia blooming amongst a blanket of zesty green ivy. It is joined by a sweetly airy, non-indolic jasmine. The tenderly lingering opening seamlessly gives way to an exceptionally delicious rush of juicy-sparkling rose-hip/geranium plus creamy-almond-blossom that is further softened by a barely discernible touch of elegantly understated vanilla. The musk and amber animalics are hardly noticeable on my skin and serve only to anchor the ethereal floral splendor above. There is no sweetness beyond that which is naturally extant within the context of the floral petal accords. The scent remains pristinely fresh and vivaciously spicy throughout drydown with just a touch of creamy sweetness and no taint of musk or powdery amber.

I would bathe in this if I could. It is remains intimately close to the skin even upon initial application and lasts for approximately 5 hours on me. Those who demand high sillage complexity/uber-longevity type scents will doubtless be unimpressed. I find that the most beautiful scents are often the most fleeting. And this perfume is ravishingly beautiful. I respritz at leisure with the greatest of delight and enjoy pampering myself with this angelic nectar.

On my skin, there is no sour citric punch, no sneeze inducing soapiness, no bracing aldehydes, no sickeningly sweet sugars, and no revolting animalic rubbish to sully the elegant simplicity manifested in scent here. I am hopelessly and completely in love with this concoction.

If this was music, it would be Mozart. A single note of difference added or taken away would destroy the perfection. And perfection it is to me. Bravo and thank you to the House of Dior.

meligonlan

This is the perfume I will wear on my wedding day :) It's so delicate, romantic, light and fresh. It's chic, discreet. Think Audrey Hepburn. Thank you Dior.

pukkolandia

Hi, I noticed that it's possible to try and find this perfume in Milano to "La Rinascente" Piazza Duomo. Some perfume shop with high excellence rating from Dior can order it for the customer but it's not possible to try it. They simpy order the perfume.

MaiCecile

Like an English garden in springtime, with blue skies and scattered clouds above sending down a light rainshower to drench the flowers in dew.

It's fresh, pretty, and natural. There is nothing overpowering, no sharp or strong notes. But the staying power is still what you would expect for a frangrance this expensive.

Perfect for a first date, a wedding, a sweet 16 present...or all the time, if you want a calming pick-me-up on a dreary day. Wear with a sundress. Simply perfect.

evacecilias

I do not know why I reached for this today as it is a grey windy and chilly, typical fall Sunday.
This one from my collection is one of the most natural and clean smelling perfumes I own.
It is probably easier on the notes and more pinpoint down rosier than its ancestors in the genre. Its a true delight to wear.
If you like me are in your mid fourties, you immiediately feel younger at heart wearing this. !!!
The crispy clearness from the Fresia, Jasmine and The rose is lovely ,
not soft like a skinscent, but not very loud either.
Just smelling like fresh cut roses and added musk - I would say
though not listed here, but I sense it in the blend, Forever and ever is also very longlasting and thats really great because the smell is a true delight t
MMmm I love it - Even if time pass between the times I wear it..

Adela7

very VERY floral, youthful, young and happy. i like it, you can almost see youself in a garden full of flowers under the blue sky, feeling life is easy.

HORRIDFRAG

Floral from the beginning to the end. A very delicate one, soft, powdery and inoffensive scent. You could smell the rose from the beginning to the end, lasting power is great!

zima.ahmad

really love the smell.. its very subtle and nice.. fall in love at the first sight... highly recommended.... :)

susana75

I'm a very Diorish woman (have owend most of Dior perfumes , sunglasses, accessories and make up) I tried this perfume yesterday , im planing to buy for next spring ,it's nice I can smell natural roses and jasmine but wait it's quite light , lasting power is not good , anyway i love it and will get it next spring .

carpp79

Watery, simple, light. Nothing extraordinary, but a delicate and subtle scent.

cherubkiss

I have fallen in love with this perfume. a beautiful rose enraptures you, followed by fresh fressia. I love it so much, especially the first spray it is so beautiful and makes me feel happy and uplift's my mood. What more could you ask from a perfume. Highly recommended.

gatsby

ON MY LIST FOR MY SISTER'S B-DAY! Lots of beautiful impressions and comments. It s truly amazin this perfume...soft, special, spectacular, really fabulous. I love the simplicty of the bottle, the colour of liquid and everything. Dior is the old craftsman who never disappoints ! Beware girls, just for goddess :P !

ginawadsworth

I bought this after smelling the freesias growing wild where I live now, and think it was a subliminal choice. these beautiful flowers also grew wild where i spent most of my life too and I had wanted to try bernard chant's antonia's flowers but could not find it in the shops. It is, again, not a usual choice for me as it is considered a floral, and I very much like chyphres. my nose detects some peppery notes which is probably from the freesia together with the headiness of the jasmin. Although light, it is the smokey pepper notes that entice me. gentle heady stuff but definately light enough to wear during the day. warm sunlight on a dappled carpet of freesia, and jasmine with scented rose to lighted it up.

harini_20

I loved this fragrance a lotttttttt:))))) my boyfriend gifted me this bottle I jus fell in love with the fragrance:))))

jade pavilion

Yes and this is my favourite perfume and my signature perfume, fall in love at first bottle present by my friend at 2006 but that time is a pink bottle but same smell,i would reserve this darling for special occation. The sweety floral was so elegant that give me confident and a taste of luxury! now already in a 3th bottle and i still love it!.Two thumbs up with a smile :)

Aysu

Although I still love this scent, 2002 and 2006 versions were a lot better.
This one is definitely weaker and simple. Previous ones were deeper, more complex and had a vanilla base. I used to get many compliments while wearing it because it had a good sillage even it was a soft floral scent. But new one is very weak and almost like diluted version of first two. I call this "Eau de Forever and Ever" :-)

evacecilias

I really like this ! - but when I first got this as a decant I never really liked it, despite that I love rose scents....
I remember my first encounter after spritzing that I found it very weak and a little dull cause the lack of sweetness. The vial I got it in was a really pretty purse spray so I decided too use it for my fave... BUT when the very (!) few ml were poured out I started to long for it everytime I reached for the new filled frag, there it was - the pure clean rose smell from the nozzle, had not disappeared that easily and I started to miss it...
Finally its here again almost a whole bottle of it - from swap, thanks Cassiopeja !
Like it a lot ! Very nice day scent for work.
I get lemon, iris, rose and Musk, but thats not listed..
Such a beautiful story, wasnt it.... ; )

kanolasco

beautiful, unique, special scent!! AMAZING!! I wish it came in EDP strength....

carmencita

I'm in love with the first version. Smb. knows if I can still find it?

carinas

How I wanted to love Forever and Ever. Afterall I am a Dior diehard fan, but no luck this time. I was expecting something totally different, maybe soft pink flowers, something light and clean. What I got was strong rose soap, more of a soap than rose, very powdery. While others complaining that it's too light and disappears fast, it actually got stronger on me after couple of hours and induced a major headache. It lingered on my skin for 12+ after scrubbing.
So unfortunately I have to pass it on. Love the bottle and the pretty pink juice in it, but I won't add it to my collection, the search in on for that perfect pink flower scent.
I would suggest not to blind buy it, try it first!

necky

Gorgeous. gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous rose. These are the words to describe Forever and Ever. This is one fragrance that is a mainstay in my collection. I wear it all year around and it lasts for a long time. The scent lasts all day and all night as well as stay in my clothes. I just love it! This fragrance will be timeless forever. Every woman who loves rose fragrances like I do must have this in their "fragrance" wardrobe. I love Forever and Ever! I will order 100 bottles of it if I could! Every woman must have this rose fragrance in her wardrobe. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would have go off the scale and give a rating of 100. I hope Dior would consider selling this exquisive fragrance in the States soon.

DresdenDoll

A soft and pretty floral, quite romantic and a little bit powdery. But the staying power wasn't good at all, about two hours, which has never happened to me with a Dior fragrance before. A real shame with this one I think.

Aimee777

Luv luv luv forever and ever....!! My next purchase

Fori

This one is the best of all Dior Forever and Ever line. Love the freesia and rose touch that come very fresh but classy. Not recommended for night party or long outdoor activities as the scent doesn't last very long and very soft. I always spray this after shower and it's amazing how the scent make you calm and feel beautiful.

flowerbombhannah

An absolutely gorgeous perfume! It smelled so delightful that I was surprised to see only three notes. And it actually smelled like real flowers; what a treat! Lovely creation!

maltatude

Amazing! I love this beautiful juicy dewy rose scent... It's just like the two bottles of LE 06 I have... I am so glad that they included this perfume because I am a diehard fan...

It puts me in the best mood. I can't get enough of it and now I don't have to worry that it will disappear... plus the new bottle is awesome. The other one was tacky looking..

tonni

The rose note is very thin and powerless while this scent is focused on rose, sorry I don't like it.

Taliera

Seriously, you have got to *drench* yourself in it for anyone to notice. It is so light! As soon as it dried on my skin, it was gone. Such a pity, because I really, really liked it. It's such a delightful and original scent - there are very few florals around that are similar.

marietita

@AnaCezar I hve the same problem with the nw miss dior cherie ..

marietita

@oriens whre did you get it?? do you have the big bottle o the mini???

marietita

I NEED THIS ONE!!! JUST HAVE THE MINI BOTTLE :(

mjb28

This is a very beautiful pleasant smell from the first sniff until the dry down, very fresh floral composition, pretty notes, freesia, jasmine and Bulgarian rose are well made, well balanced. This is tender, delicate, romantic, clean, extremely feminine. I couldn't stop thinking about the scent, it haunted me! I knew I had to get it! But it is so expensive but it’s all worth it! I feel happy wearing it!

It is sophisticated, appealing and flirtatious without trying too hard. A great all-around scent for me, light and perfect for daytime especially during spring and summer where the heat magnifies the scent. It retains a lovely light touch giving a sumptuous warmth that lingers the whole day. Great on the skin with amazing lasting power. I just could not get enough of it. This is just divine! Love this so much! I realized this would become my perfect signature scent. Surely does!!!

I could say this is one of the most beautiful timeless floral perfume ever made! Forever and ever in my collection.

oriens

I finally got it :D
This is the most beautiful perfume i smelled since long time.. amazing :)
thanks Dior for the only one perfume from your house that i really like

LIN

Great balanced, soft and dreamy perfume. Very light but yet long lasting. the smell is uniqe and fresh.
too bad that it's expensive..
Recommended!

oriens

I sniffed it at the department store once and fell in love with it.. it is so soft and romantic.. will never annoy anyone and is perfect for office and morning use..
Cant wait to buy a full bottle of it. Its on the top of my wish list :)

Toom_Snoopy

I finally found my signature scent! Definitely love at first sniff, soft, smooth scent with a little soapy in a pleasant way ,sweet but not cloying unlike other scent that soon make me get a headache. This is the first fragrance that I like from the beginning to the end of olfactory notes.

From Dior.com
Top notes : Freesia
Middle notes : Indian Jasmine absolute
Base Notes : Bulgarian Rose

I can't separate the scent which is freesia, jasmine, or rose, because the composition is really perfectly balanced. I never try the old version before so I don't know it smells the same or not.

The scent is also romantic, subtle and delicate especially rose in base note. You feel like you walk in flower garden and smell something pleasant blowing from the wind and the new transparent bottle is pretty, kind of shabby chic unlike the old one. Love it so much! :)

The many different versions of Forever and Ever is enough to make me dizzy. A bottle identical to the one pictured above is what I happened to spray the other day, so hopefully I have placed my review under the correct fragrance.

Forever and Ever, while not something that I would personally buy, is one of the most pleasant soapy florals I've tried as of late.

I wore this fragrance to a yoga class last week and I was amazed at how many people commented on how lovely and clean it smelt. Even my sweetheart loved it, and he's usually more accustomed to my dark, earthier scents.

While simplistic, Forever and Ever wears prettily and can lean towards being a romantic scent. It is often said that a majority of men prefer a clean, subtle scent on a woman, and this fragrance achieves this without being overly synthetic or too generic.

The lasting power is quite outstanding, however the sillage is extremely intimate, airy almost. When I wore it, it almost felt as if I wasn't wearing any perfume at all. The only reminder was a waft of soft rose and jasmine when I lifted my arm up past my nose in a salute to the sun.

If you're a big fan of soapy, clean florals I would definitely recommend Forever and Ever. To my nose, it is a very pretty, 'pink' and innocent floral, geared towards any woman of any age, either young or old.

LadyNatalie

A very pretty bottle, a safe fragrance, not so known, if you are a floral lover, you will like this, sweet rose smell, easy to like.

xen

Ahhhhh, yes, a symphony of beautiful notes to my nose :o) Composed to perfection...the freshness of freesia and jasmine together with the warmth of rose...I can't stop sniffing my wrists...I just want to be submerged in this wonderful fragrance.....I agree with Elisabeth M..... A niche perfume...
Highly recommended :o)

Elisabeth M.

Subtle and sophisticated scent that is now appropriately presented in an elegant glass flacon. I love the well blended fresh freesia-rose-musk composition. This scent smells unusual in such a subtle way, it could be a niche perfume. Recommended!
